Business Owner
Tom Klein has led numerous digital strategy, marketing strategy and transformation engagements for global 1000 companies, including Heineken, Merrill Lynch, MetLife, Medtronic, Yahoo!, Intuit, Coca-Cola, Host Marriott, James River, ConAgra, Rohm and Haas, Novartis, and Borders.
He is the co-author of Enterprise Marketing Management: The New Science of Marketing.
Tom’s specific areas of expertise include digital strategy, marketing metrics /marketing dashboards, innovation, brand architecture, connecting marketing across the enterprise, and leveraging enterprise information and technologies.
Tom has an MBA in Marketing from The Wharton School, a masters in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Emory University. He earned a Diploma of French Studies from the Université de Strasbourg (Strasbourg, France), as a Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Scholar, and is also a former practicing CPA in the State of Georgia.
