This place takes the«fast» right out of fast food. 20 minutes for 2 sausage biscuits at 0800.

A joke! Half the fountain drinks out of service, messed up my order, staff on their phones or smoking right outside of the door ways and overall just rude. Give me a break and you think minimum wage needs to be $ 15!

Since they have one of the best menus in fast food and their biscuits are second to none, this review can only focus on the elephant in the room… The staff. Whether it’s lack of training, lack of experience or just plain lack of caring, every morning that I come by, it seems to be everyone’s first day. As I wind my way through the lobby I have plenty of time to observe before finally making it to the one open register. The conversation typically goes like this; «This order is to go. I’d like a sausage biscuit add cheese and a large coffee.» «Is that for here or to go sir?» Ahem, «To go.» At which point I’m told my order will be right up and with a shout of «next customer in line» it’s sort of implied that I go mingle with the ever larger growing group of people who have ordered before me. Well I guess I can go ahead and fix my coffee… If I had a cup. I make my way back to the counter only to find that she has joined the ranks of the rest of the staff of people with their backs turned to me. They are all either staring at a computer screen(for no apparent reason since undoubtedly my biscuit will be prepared without the aforementioned«add cheese») or screaming orders through a window to non-coherent cooks who are staring at their own computer screen as if seeing fire for the first time. It’s, overall, a positively miserable experience. Attention owners and managers; see Chik-fil-a PS sigh… No cheese

Love their breakfast! It’s seriously my favorite. But holy crap the customer service is horrible. They are also so slow. I guess if I have to wait that long for their breakfast I will. But it’s miserable.

Never really like biscuits until i had one from here and i was sold. Its even worth the drive through line in the mornings which are usually wrapped around the building. I keep my fingers crossed for the day a spicy chicken biscuit will appear on their menu, that would be the ultimate supreme amazingness. I would have to walk there and back every morning but it would be worth it 100%. Their food always comes out hot, and the service is always pleasant. I havent ventured here much for meals other then breakfast. they had a grilled cheese burger a while back that was pretty heart stopping. literally… and they have good milkshakes :) but breakfast is where its at!

My love of the low-carb thickburger at Hardee’s is embarrassing but satisfying. This is the best fast food burger around as far as I’m concerned, and the fact that I can get one wrapped in fresh, crisp iceberg lettuce takes out a good bit of the guilt. Others who embrace carbs may also enjoy the hand-scooped milkshakes and perfectly salted fries. This location has been recently remodeled, and is very convenient to both downtown Alpharetta and the Windward Parkway cube farm.

3 stars because they did not have the Atkins friendly sandwich just like the website said they would! Been low-carbing for a few weeks and was craving some juicy bun-less burger. I ended up getting the original thick burger and threw away the buns. However, it was a damn good piece of meat! I’ll return when they decide to have it at this location. Not sure if other locations already have it… I’m very hopeful because I’ll be low-carbing for another month or two!

Heavens they’re tasty and expeditious! They give shy people the strength to get up and do what needs to be done. We’re talkin’ ’bout the biscuits here. They are delicious, fresh, tasty, fast, and consistently good week after week. I come here almost every Sunday morning with my family. My usual is a sausage and egg biscuit, which comes out golden brown, delicious and piping hot. The cinnamon raisin biscuits are also good, with almost too much sugar icing. I wash them down with an extra large Diet Coke(which has negative calories to combat the carb overload I’ve just consumed). They’ve made some upgrades to the restaurant since my first review. It is still an older building, but they make up for it with a terrific breakfast. I’d much rather eat here over the very expensive alternatives on Windward. I also like the staff. For a fastfood joint owned by a large franchisee, this place is very well run and managed. They are friendly and can work a long line in no time. They are, in a word, expeditious! So try a biscuit here sometime. They’re made from whole wheat grown by Norwegian bachelor farmers; so you know they’re not only good for you, but also pure … mostly.

LOL I couldn’t help but laugh when I saw a review for a fast food place! But I whole heartedly agree with Stacy on the fact that it is in just a great location and they have great breakfast(s). Their biscuits and gravy are the best around, considering their price which is $ 2. And for the most part, the workers just don’t stand there with their mouths open. They are always moving and polite which seems rare at fast food restaurants anymore. I’ve also tried that Monster Burger a long time ago… but that was MY stupid choice and I can’t knock them for making it for me. I think I ate almost ½ of it and I was full Their burgers are pretty much like any and every other fast food joint. I haven’t had one for at least 3 years because that is just how good they are.
