History

Established in 2006.

The Crave Factory was established by Chef Laura Yarber in 2006. Chef Yarber trained at Laguna Culinary Arts in California. She brings her passion for health, y organic foods to everything she puts out in her bakery and bistro.

Stopped in to the Crave Factory this afternoon (Saturday). It was a delight to see their cases all full with a wide variety of confections; cookies, brownies, cupcakes, cackle pops, cheesecake slices and fried pies. Definitely try the white chocolate, red velvet cookies! They are delish and apparently unique to Crave.
Surely worth the stop for breakfast tomorrow or dinner tonight!

Very disappointed in the cake I had this evening from the Crave Factory! The cake was so dense, it’s hard to explain. The writing was what you expect from a friends house. A lot of cake left over and a lot of people took one bite and threw it away! Better off buying somewhere else… Sorry I couldn’t say anything good about this.

The Crave Factory is amazing. SO much more than a bakery. No one in town does a better job with baked goods but they also serve lunch to-​go during the weekdays that is amazing. It’s a different item everyday and you will not be disappointed. Today the lunch special is Citrus Grilled Pork Chops with Spiced-​Pear Rum Sauce, Potatoes Au Gratin and Jalapeño Cilantro Corn. If you can get one of their made from scratch fried pies grab them up as fast as you can!
