Zinnia Bakery Gluten Free

Wow! this place is a little slice of heaven, and some other yummies. Now for those needing help with calories or any gluten free bakery products, they have you covered. Clean atmosphere, baked goods are out very well presented and able to identify. I had just wanted to stop and try a few items so I did, the brownies were tasty, I actually ended up taking a few items home like the Gluten Free Sandwich Bread, the loaf is nearly gone in two days. Heather is awesome and such a great host to be so attentive to her customers needs (health conscious) is a rare pleasure. Next time you’re thinking a sweet tasty treat here you go.

I just had the best breakfast burrito of my life and it was gluten free! Everything was so yummy! Very surprised at how good this little bakery is in a place like Amarillo. Soft tortillas and they sell them! We hit the road with so many yummy treats and sandwiches to go. Thank you!

Best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had! The gluten free toaster pastries are a healthy and yum yum alternative to pop tarts! Staff is super kind and patient. I’m impressed! Full satisfied and Über happy.
The prices are so low! I definitely think they could be much higher! :) Great quality! Num num num! :)

After work I was craving some Gluten & Dairy free cupcakes & I knew Zianna Bakery made some via their FaceBook page. Knowing they were limited, I called to see if they were still available. Fortunately, they had one left. They put it on hold for me. The bakery was easy to find with their store front & street sign. Their sign is very colorful which sticks out. Inside was very clean and organized; they even have a separate space for group meetings. Their display area was full. They have a variety of baked goods — cupcakes (different flavors), muffins, cookies, and sticky buns. Their check out process was quick & easy — they use an iPad that swivels back and forth. While checking out I saw a lunch special and I am excited to try it!
MINE: (Blue Gluten & Dairy Free Cupcake) Starting from the outside — the wrapper is easy to peal. I like how moist the cupcake part was however; I wasn’t a fan of the frosting but I not a big fan of frosting anyways.
HIS: (Snickerdoodle) Presentation was different, however it didn’t take away from the taste. I don’t know if the wrapper made it moist or if it was because we had it the second day. Had great flavor & could taste the cinnamon. Too much frosting but tasted great.
