This is the first time I have ever went to a Dunkin Donuts and it was an awful experience. I ordered a Strawberry Banana Smoothie. First off I waited over 5 minutes just for a Smoothie and there was nobody else in the restaurant. Secondly the smoothie was awful, might be the worst smoothie I have ever had. I will try there coffee soon and I sure hope it’s better than their smoothies.

Only go here if you want to wait for 30 minutes for someone to actually notice you and ask what you want, act like you’ve burdened them asking for a coffee, make it wrong three times and leave with the wrong order while simultaneously noticing something FLOATING in your drink!!! Disgusting place! Avoid at all costs. I wish I could give 0 stars

I ordered a large coffee with cream and sugar. I received a large disappointment. At 8 in the morning, I would have expected D&D to have fresh coffee.

Friendly staff. Go here all the time. They remember me and the way I drink my coffee. Its real close to my house so its very convenient. Will continue to go there. Again I have had no issues and I’m happy with the service

Horrible customer service, I waited 5 mins for a worker to attend me since no one was behind the counter. They only had 2 different types of munchkins. The jelly and the cinnamon one, both have powder.
The good thing about this place it has a lot of seats and table in case you want to study, or just hang out with friends.
They also have a Drive-​through.

Coffee and donut good and fresh, but boy they are rude and body language says it all, seems they really or having a bad day or they reslly hate their job !!!

Im the first to admit I rarely have anything other than a medium hot coffee at any Dunkin. This one is no different. Perhaps if I was having something more complicated Id have a similar experience to the other reviewer. But my coffee has been made correctly here, I go in, so no idea if the drive thru would be different.

Awful experience. Staff is rude and has no idea what menu items they do or don’t have available and acts like you’re stupid or crazy for seeing food items in their case that they insist they are out of. I used to work at a Dunkin, and I know how I like my beverages made. It’s not complicated — especially when Dunkin uses machines to measure everything. Yet somehow, my iced coffee seems to always taste like it’s been sitting in a dirty container for an extended period of time. Gross.

By far the WORST Dunkin Donuts I have EVER been to. I now drive 15 minutes out of my way to Tim Hortons or another Dunkin location. Staff is incompetent and ignorant. I’ve sat in the drive thru line for an upwards of ten minutes for an iced coffee, which isn’t even made properly when I receive it. I contacted management and heard back, but nothing has changed. Not only do I no longer go to this location, but I tell everyone I know to avoid it at all costs. HORRIBLE STAFF.
