Thank you Bug Out! I recently found these guys through my circle of friends & thought I would give them a try. My previous Pest Control company was the best before I found Bug Out. I recently discovered that I had a rodent issue that needed to be stopped asap. The Bug Out tech came out to evaluate my situation. He found a few flaws in my defense & advised me of the best solution. I asked my tech to give me a few minutes to converse with my wife so we could make a decision. Once I advised the him of our decision, he contacted his office to order the material we needed to resolve my situation. He also scheduled a return visit within 2 days to seal up my defense system. I have been rodent free now for 30+ days & I have the serenity of knowing that Bug Out has my back. I HIGHLY recommend Bug Out to everyone. Their prompt & professional service is ACES in my book. Thanx again guys.

If and when they come the service is usually good, they have organic if requested and very effective, but requests are very hit or miss. They may know what they are using– or not, they may just know the name of the chemical but nothing else– if you enjoy Vegas, then you might like this; I didn’t. But they may just do the outside and won’t bother you by knocking to announce they’re there, so if you value actually knowing when contractors are at your home or getting to point out where the problem is, or have any interior issues addressed, you may be out of luck and disappointed. Giving instructions over the phone is a waste of time, they will offer to note information on your account, but nobody will actually look at it. But the real problem is in getting them to you. It may take 6 or more calls to get to make your appointment. They may deliberately not return your call because of some issue with your account but they won’t actually tell you that this is why calls are not returned. If you make an apt they may change it at the last minute– repeatedly, if you get an apology from ANY of the phone reps, don’t expect any kind of sincerity– because they just don’t care. I’ve no idea how they stay in business. If you actually have a pest problem it would be faster and easier to just move to a new house than to try to get an appointment and drag someone over.

I was finding dead bugs and contacted my apartment complex management office about the issue. They sent Ken from Bug Out. This review is for his customer service.
He genuinely cared for my concern of having chemicals sprayed in my home (as I have an infant), and luckily the issue in my unit didn’t require any spraying inside. He gave me instruction on how to try to prevent the issue at hand, and left me feeling informed. He was extremely nice, and offered to spray outside my unit just to keep out other bugs, which I appreciated. Thank you, Ken!

I was referred to Bug Out to help me trap a raccoon who tore three holes into my roof and had babies.
Everyone that I dealt with was top notch and very professional. The men who came out, Ken and Robert, couldn’t have been nicer. They set traps each day for almost a week. They came to remove two possums. They were always on time and respectful. In the end, we were unable to trap the raccoon but that wasn’t Bug Out’s fault.
I would call them again in a heartbeat for any other pest control issues that I would have. 5+stars!

revolex was the termite protection company i had used to tent my home for termites and bought termite protection insurance from which was transferable to a new owner when i sold the home. when i called revolex to renew, i reached bug out and was told they had bought revolex and they would renew my insurance which provided for an inspection and treatment if necessary. i paid them over the phone and paid with a credit card. when i sold the home and called bug out to do an inspection they at first made an appointment and later called me back to cancel and would not give me a good reason for cancelling and refusing to perfrom the inspection for which i had paid. since i had 3 months left on my contract, i asked for a refund since they refused to perform the services i paid for and they refused that also. i will probably sue them in small claims court. i would give them negative stars if i were able to.

I just had Harold H. at my house. I am floored by the amount of professionalism that he showed. Having an older home I have had numerous contractors in my home. Most act like you owe them something or that they would rather be doing something else. They talk down to you etc. He explained it to me in a way that I could understand. Give them a try… Oh yea the initial termite inspection was free and the price for work done was very fair. I have found my pest control company.

Formerly Master Pest Termite Control, BugOut was hired to get rid of a rodent problem in and around my home. For the past 5 months or so, I’ve been billed for services I do not believe were done. Bait stations have been empty with spider webs and plants growing around them, not to mention, rodents still present in my home. Read on for the full story…
Initially, I was very pleased with the service and attention that was given. Half way through my monthly service of filling bait stations around my home, the usual hand written invoices left in my mailbox on the date of service were replaced by typed, mailed invoices. Didn’t think anything of it, until I noticed bait stations were not touched, rodents continued to be caught in my house, no proof or sightings of any BugOut technicians coming on the dates claimed. I finally called, emailed, hand wrote letters to BugOut requesting proof of service (amount of bait used, location of bait stations) for the past 5 months. No response, just given the run around.
The manager told me he’d respond with the next week… that was 2 weeks ago. I’ve been a loyal customer to Master Pest Termite Control /​BugOut for many years for termite control and inspections. I’ve been very pleased with there service until now. Unfortunately, because of their poor rodent control service and lack of response to it, they are losing a long-​time customer.
