Nathan was so helpful and fast when I called him,
No hidden fees, I knew the price before hand, after calling to 3 locksmiths who tried to over charge me, Nathan was honest, did not overcharged and was in my apartment within 20minutes.

Had actually called another company in my area who was at an appointment and couldn’t get to me for almost an hour and a half. Recommended I went with Nathan at BZB Lock & Key, stated that they worked with Nathan on projects before and that he was reliable, professional, and above all trust worthy. Glad I took the recommendation. Nathan was accommodating and fast, got to my place in ~20 minutes and I was back into my apartment with in 5 minutes of his arrival.
Nathan was clean and professional in appearance, very important when paying someone to do something as sensitive as handling a lock out situation. Was given an invoice for the work done and was even able to pay with credit card. His prices were on par with the few quotes I got calling around, albeit slightly cheaper than most.
It took Nathan all of five minutes to get me back into my home, WITHOUT breaking my lock and rendering it useless. The man is scary good at his job and knows his way around locks.
Will certainly be giving Nathan a call if I lock myself out again, I’m incredibly satisfied with the services BZB Lock and Key provides. 10⁄10 would lock myself out again.

Hours aren’t true called twice an hour between and voice-​mail don’t advertise 24 hour service if you don’t have it.
Edit: I got a phone call today and an apology that Unilocal hours are incorrect and they are working on getting it changed. Looks like they got it straightened out. Sincere apology, seemed like a really nice guy.

I had another locksmith come out and they wanted to charge me 93 per lock plus the fee to come out (I had my screen door and door locked) I couldn’t believe it. I called BZB and Nathan was at my house with 30 mins.
I noticed extreme differences between BZB and the other guy…
1) BZBs work van has a name, phone number and work Id on it. The other was just a normal soccer mom van.
2) the tools: Nathan had a briefcase of organized tools, the other guys had what looked like a flathead screwdriver.
3) the price with Nathan was 130 lower, the other guy told me his price was based off the fact that it was a deadbolt type lock (it wasnt) and a no damage fee

10/​30/​2015 @ 10:30pm — Sent a Unilocal message to Nathan for a quote to re-​key the locks and to change the code on the keypad for my new home.
10/​30/​2015 @ 11:00pm — Nathan responds with a quote and says he would be available as early as 9am the next day but would need an hour window. So, I book him for 9am.
10/​31/​2015 @ 9:15am — Nathan texts saying he’s on his way.
10/​31/​2015 @ 9:30am — Nathan shows up, works on the locks, and teaches me how to program the keypad at no extra charge.
10/​31/​2015 @ 9:50am — I pay Nathan, we shake hands, and he goes on to his next appointment.
Conclusion: Nathan is awesome. Easy to get a hold of, very professional, and would definitely call him again especially if I ever lock myself inside my house.

I live in irvine, and Nathan showed up on time.
He did a great job changing the locks and was done within 30 minutes.
He also installed high security locks in the garage
and fixed the garage door.
