1^st, for whatever it’s worth, we are on the do not call list. last week they called and said they were going to be in the neighborhood and wanted to set up an appt. «no thanks have a good day.» today they called and said the last time they spoke to me i told them to call and arrange it with my husband??? how can you make it clear to people that you are NOT interested, you DON’T want them to come over and to STOP calling?

Clearview Home Energy Solutions, lived up to there word. Their sales and installation team were responsible. The job was kept on schedule, despite being during the Thanksgiving/Christmas holiday season. We replaced all of our windows and two sliding windows. The Almond color was a great neutral choice that seems to blend with every pain color. We would recommend Clearview Home Energy to any homeowner that is looking for a reputable job at a competitive price. The energy efficiency level in our home is now high enough that Solar panel firms are no longer recommending that we turn to solar. We look forward to working with Clearview Energy for addition work in the future”

Very bad service. Worst experience with them. They don’t communicate each other, made serious mess, many damage on drywall.
I cried at end when we negotiated for discount because of what they did to our home. After all I did not talk to them at all but they kept calling to us and asked what went so wrong, at the point they should know everything what wrong with our case. This company is hopeless. The picture is just one of damage and they did not fix.

These slime balls are still calling my elderly mother! Apparently they are immune to the word no. They keep calling her and are pushy and rude. Third update to my review and here’s why…
The HERO program is predatory lending at its finest. We were completely taken advantage of. If anyone asks you to participate in the HERO program, RUN! If we knew then what we know now, we absolutely would not have participated in this. We took our friend at his word and got screwed in the end.

We had some new windows installed and they also did texture coating on our 2^nd home in San Clemente in Oct last year.
It made the house look like new again. We had second thoughts on doing it but looking back we are glad we did it. I would definitely use them again

This company is the biggest rip off!!! They came to my home and wanted $ 9,800 to install 3 windows I got it done for $ 1,800 with a professional company. Then 2 months later I start getting sales calls and it hasn’t stopped they are harassing me and I have tried to fix problem and even though I’m off there calling list they still call and hang up on my face. I had to block my number to get rid of them. When u call the company no supervisor even wants to talk to you or cares please stay far away from this sh__show.

It’s 11:30am and these asshats have already called twice today. We are on the DNC, and we have requested several times to be removed from their calling list. Thanks to my handy dandy Panasonic phone I can block them… but they still call, and I can see when they’ve called. What does it take to make them stop??? Everyone I know checks Unilocal before using a contractor or business — aren’t they at all concerned about the comments that are being left here? What reputable company does business this way? Be sure to read a few of these reviews before using them!!!

Over a year ago my wife got a call from Clearview wanting to install energy efficient windows in our home. She told the guy who called that we could not afford it and at the time did not qualify for HERO. He said OH we have another program (that we had never heard of) that we qualify for. So we scheduled an appointment… Guy comes out and we tell him about not qualifying for HERO and asked about the other program. There was not one… only HERO… The sales guy was fairly cool about it and understanding. Still did his pitch and gave us a lot of information. Told us he would call back in a year when we would qualify for HERO.
So there telemarketer lied. Strike one
So per the sales guy they would put our file on hold until ¹⁄₂₀₁₆ then reach out to us then… yet in August there was someone from Clearview at our door. Was having a bad day so I just told him no and closed the door.
Strike Two
today my wife called me and asked if I had scheduled an appointment with Clearview. Apparently someone called her to confirm the appointment and said that they had spoken to me. NOPE. So my wife called them back and told then off. The scheduler promptly called back and apologized. They got the files mixed up and called the wrong people… but could they still keep the appointment? NOPE
Now note: they did not call my wife to schedule an appointment or to see if we were still interested. They just tried to set up an appointment and tell her they spoke to me. very shady guys

Two Clearview employees came by cold calling today. NO — I did not use them, but YES, my short experience with them was extremely similar to the others that I’ve read in here.
–they are extremely pushy
–they told me how my house was not green enough and how they could make it better (I own an EV, and EVSE, a huge grid-tie solar array, and a lot of other green upgrades.
–they would not take no for an answer
–they would not give me a website
–they would not offer a pamphlet even after I asked many times
–they would not offer anything except an appointment they could book for tomorrow
I came right to Unilocal and found these reviews and thought I would chime in as well.

They have invaded Arizona. Got a call from them today. Asked if they were members of BBB, girl said no. Wouldn’t give me any information unless I booked an appointment. Finally got her to give me website. Thats where the fun began.
They refused to answer any questions you have to book an appointment.
Our number has been on the DNC since inception, unlisted and unpublished for 20 yrs. Yet they had everything about us. They will give me nothing on themselves, unless I book an appointment.
BBB has complaints for telemarketing, Unilocal has complaints.
Any company who refuses to take peoples names off the list and they continue to call is not for me.
If I wanted any services I think I can make a call for myself. nuff said

These people are scam artist! They come to your home get all your information like ssn #‘s and copies of your mortgage statement claiming to see if you qualify for government assistance. They have you sign an «authorization from» that they claim is a «promissory note» to refer other home owners. The «contract» that they tried to have us sign to authorize financing was full of errors. So we refused to sign it. Now they are saying we are on the hook for $ 19,000 because they have ordered parts and equipment for services we never agreed to. These people are crooks and we have now sought legal advice because they have threatened to place a lean on our property.
Whenever we try to call «Richard Qashat» the marketing consultant, he is never available. However when he was in our home he received several calls from the office which he responded to.

I got a call from (714)603−5859 saying it was Warren Little from the City of Colton. Caller had my name and said it was very important for me to call him back. The caller ID in my phone said Warren Little as well. When I called back the voicemail said it was the manager at Clearview.
The City of Colton statement this month has this warning:
‘Don’t become a victim of FRAUD or a TELEPHONE SCAM. The City of Colton only contacts customers that request a call regarding their account or as a courtesy call to delinquent commercial customers.‘
With tactics like this, I would never do business with this company.

I’ve dealt with belligerently drunk British soccer fans that are kinder and better listeners than these people.
5 calls from these guys over the last month. You ask them politely not to call, take you off their list, and they talk over you like a 3 year old. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they click and hang up.
My wife’s aunt uses what she calls «the whistle» to horrendous marketers like this. She has a referee’s whistle that she keeps by the phone. When marketers get nasty, she holds her ears and blasts the whistle into the phone. I think Clearview needs to get the whistle!

These people continue to call and harass me. I’ve asked them multiple times to remove me from their call lists. today ‘Joseph’ had the audacity to argue with me when I told him I wasn’t the person he was trying to call. Not my name, not my address or even close to my city!!!

Don’t get ripped off by these scam artists! We were almost duped this afternoon. We were offered a «special» incentive deal that sounded too good to be true, and indeed it was.
First of all, the salesperson was very friendly, gregarious, and affable. His presentation was great, and basically had us completely sold due to the way he quickly glossed over the financing options… making them sound MUCH better than they actually were in reality. Typical rapid facts/figures leaving you little time to think things over. Of course he said the deal was only good if we agreed today. should have been the first red flag.
Anyhow.the presentation took longer than anticipated and we had to run some errands, so we agreed to continue the proceedings a few hours later. This left my wife and I time to do a little research into the HERO program (the big selling point), as well as the company, their products, and the vague financing terms which were discussed. Low and behold with a little basic math I figured the actual cost of the financing to be literally twice what the numbers we discussed were. They were trying to charge us $ 47,000 for a $ 22,500 estimated job cost!
When I brought the fact up, the salesperson got very defensive when I suggested he was misleading us… then somehow he magically knocked the job price down to $ 17,000 and offered us different, yet equally vague and confusing finance options. At this point, I told him that the deal wouldn’t be happening today… he got very short, promptly packed his things up and left without even leaving the «1 year guaranteed» estimate or paperwork of any kind aside from the business card which he had given me earlier in the day.
In my opinion, this company is attempting to prey on unsuspecting customers. We will also be reporting them to whatever regulatory agencies we can. Think before you sign anything!

Everyone should just report the company on the BBB website (Better Business Bureau) I just received a call from their telemarketing department When I told the lady we were not interested & to remove our number from their call list & add us to the do not call list as we are registered on the national do not call list She said no & hung up on me So rude & unprofessional When I tried calling the number that showed up on my caller ID I got a message that says sorry the number can’t be completed as dialed please hang up & dial again What the hell is that about it should be illegal to have a number show up on caller ID that is not reachable
