Had such a bad experience here. Me and my boyfriend came in because he wanted to get a new phone. Martin was extremely unhelpful and rude. He didn’t have any interest in helping us, despite us being the only customers in the store. He basically told us to go online and look instead of asking him for help. He also seemed to be under the influence of marijuana or painkillers, just lifeless. It has made us want to switch to another company, if this is the type of employee AT&T has representing them.

This was our second AT&T store yesterday. It was a much more legit location than our first location visit (please see my review of the Columbia Pike, Annandale location — or better yet, just stay away from that store altogether).
It was pretty easy. We picked our phones, transferred material/​information, and got them up and running fast.
I was happy with the service and assistance. Martin was nice but not pushy and helped with syncing the phones. He tried to get us to buy extras but did not push when we did not see what we were looking to acquire. While we definitely want cases we were not ready yesterday, especially given the relatively limited selection. We appreciated that Martin was not overly pushes.
Previously I have used locations closer to Tyson’s but this is now my new AT&T go to spot.

I went to get my new phone at this location and I had a good experience with their customer service. They were able to answer all my questions regarding my plan and contract. They gave me a small tutorial on how to use my new phone. Thank you

Worst experience ever!
They do not know what they have in their hands! Definitely if you any att service go to a bigger att or call the customer service. After being a ATT customer for 5 years I never had this kind of experience. At the point that Customer Service had to solve everything this store mess up in my account. Patrick, he is nice but with lack of knowledge. And all other employees with lack of profesionalism.
