Kimberly Barton, REALTOR® (a/​k/​a KBartonRealtor) is an independent business owner operating since 2004 under the licensed affiliation with Champion Realty, Inc. – a wholly owned subsidiary of HomeServices of America, Inc. ranked as the second largest real estate company in the United States.

Champion Realty, Inc. has been in continual operation since 1980 as a highly-​respected and well-​recognized powerhouse of the Chesapeake Bay area. The corporate headquarters are in Severna Park, Maryland of Anne Arundel County. Kimberly Barton, REALTOR® is based in the Annapolis office, just a short distance from the Historic District of Annapolis City.

As a real estate brokerage, Champion Realty has full service offices on both the East and West side of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge to provide the highest level of knowlege for quality of life real estate, property management, title services, mortgage lending, and insurance services.

There are a lot of details to handle and potential pitfalls along the way to closing. I work tirelessly behind the scenes to handle details, negotiate for a successful outcome of win-​win and ensure that everything goes smoothly before and after the agreement. In fact, many of my clients tell me after closing that I made the whole process look smooth and easy so that they never had to worry.
