When Justin came on board Sotheby’s, I had already seen more houses than I could remember and bid on eight. The summer of 2012 was rough on buyers at least from my experience, but Justin helped me find the perfect bungalow in the NE that fit my budget. My final bid, inspection and closing were easy thanks to his professionalism. He’s also referred me to a great electrician since the sale. If you’re looking to buy a house, I highly recommend you get Justin to work with you.

Mr. Kitsch is a consummate professional. Honestly, I have never had such ridiculously fast, lucid and detailed responses to my queries before. He juggled an incredibly complex sale, dealing with owners split between the USA and Japan, a tenant living in the unit and a buyer needing a loan. A potential nightmare.
Justin made it a dream. Not a bump, not a hiccup. Just perfect.
I can’t recommend a realtor more highly and am excited to refer Justin to anyone, in any phase of real estate transactions.
I should also add that, in addition to Justin’s raft of professional capabilities, he is an exceptionally gracious, caring and kind individual whose human qualities will certainly propel him far above his competition.

After selling our house because of an imminent overseas move, we got word that the move was not so imminent and called Justin on a Saturday and said we needed to buy a house this week. And somehow, in this market, he got us into the perfect little house in Upper NW, at budget by COB Tuesday, without pressuring us to accept any of the properties we weren’t crazy about. He helped us structure the application so that we got the place despite not having the highest bid. Highly highly recommend this Midwestern Miracle Worker.

I actually met with several agents before choosing Justin. He was by far the most personable and easiest to work with. Justin made sure that all aspects of the home buying process fit with my limited availability. When there was a hiccup on the seller’s side and closing was delayed, he ensured that I was still able to move in on the previously set date. He knew what I wanted even before I had to ask. While buying your first home is undeniably anxiety provoking, Justin helped to make the experience, do I dare say, enjoyable? Great service, timely, professional, but more than that, he’s a good guy!

As a first time home buyer in my late twenties, my budget was pretty strict. Not only did Justin show me great properties that were in my modest price range, he gave me the quality of service you would expect from the Sotheby’s brand. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and even found me a lender with better rates. I was amazed at how easy it was to buy a condo in DC, but I have an inkling that it was mostly due to Justin! I wouldn’t hesitate a second to work with him again.
