OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Kevin came over to do my carpets and i’m am amazed at the job. He went above and beyond what we paid him to do. Cleaned my carpets so well they look new again. He was very mindful of his equipment and made sure that he was careful in my house. If you need your carpets cleaned don’t waste your money on the rentals at stores. I tried that. too much work and it didn’t work. Use Carpets Plus. Kevin treats you like family. Thank you so much Kevin.

Can I just say that Kevin did an AMAZING job on my carpet. Honestly, it was so dirty I didn’t think there was a chance it could be brought back to life (thanks to having 2 dogs and a toddler who likes to get everything on the floor). Like we were talking about just getting new carpet. But it looks like NEW carpet now! I’m still in shock. I will definitely be recommending this company to any and everyone.

Kevin and his staff have always been friendly, polite, hardworking, and meticulous in the work they perform. My carpets definitely take a beating with kids and dogs wearing on them, but I can always count on my house looking great after they leave and wishing I had called them sooner. I should have written this review a thousand times years ago. I just texted Kevin to scheduled a cleaning appointment. We’ve been having Kevin from Carpet Plus clean our carpet in our home for 12 years!!! I had Stanley Steemer clean our rental property which was just a year old with great tenants but after the carpet dried, we knew for sure not to ever use Stanley Steemer for our home. I can’t remember where I found Carpet Plus but I’m so glad I found Kevin. Our home was just two years old when we first cleaned the carpets and he made our carpet look and feel brand new again. Kevin has really extended the life of our carpet throughout our 3400 sf home! With two messy kids, a dog and cat, Carpet Plus still does amazing work of this carpet. And I am very particular!!! We’ll be getting new carpet throughout again soon due to wearing down and poor padding but the carpet still looks amazing. Kevin is easy going, friendly, professional and is just a good guy over all. If you have not been happy with previous carpet cleaning, you owe it to yourself to give Carpet Plus a call. Pricing is very reasonable!

This was our first time having our carpets shampooed since we moved into the home (we moved here in 2012) Kevin and Brent brought our carpets back to life they worked so hard to clean the carpets and now we can run our fingers through our carpet. (We’ve never been able to do that) they came on time walked me through everything they were going to do and they finished within the time they said they would finish they did a very thorough job with cleaning our carpets and we will definitely be calling them again for more business! Kevin is also a man of his word he quoted me a price for the carpet cleaning and even though the carpets were in worse condition than he thought and he had to do more work he still honored the price he originally quoted me. Him and Brent were very professional and very friendly i recommend them if you want someone who will do the job right and do it well! They are also very honest people! Thank you again for the great job you both did!

Absolutely the best carpet cleaning experience ever. Stains that other carpet cleaners could not get out came out with Carpet Plus. Now a days it’s hard to find honest good working people and let me say Kevin (the owner) is that guy. The price was comparable and even lower than others in the area. I called Kevin after my wife saw his ad in our local Grapevine magazine, then read the reviews on Unilocal. Based on the reviews I called Kevin. He answered immediately, gave me a bid on the phone based on the size of the home. He is familiar with our model. We set up an appointment and he arrived 5 minutes early. I like that! His estimate was that it would take about 1 ½ hours. Instead it took about 2 ¼ hours so the cost was more than the phone estimate. The final price was still reasonable based on how dirty the carpet was and the size of the area cleaned. The carpets almost looked like new (as much as they could for 16 years). My only suggestion is to get a estimate in person before you have him start the work. We will not hesitate to use Kevin again. It was interesting in that he said we were the first call he has ever gotten from the Grapevine ad.

We moved into a new home and were told by the landlord that the carpets were cleaned before we moved in, but they still had some stains and didn’t look new. We called Carpets Plus who showed up right on time, and did a tremendous job with the carpets. They literally look brand new now, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. They even got out some old stains that I never thought could be removed. They were professional, efficient, and very courteous. My parents needed there carpets cleaned and found Kevin on here after calling a few other local guys. Kevin answer and answered all my questions then had his team come out. Very professional and detailed. Will definitely use them again, had them clean our classrooms at work and our condo rental unit. First class business.

Carpets Plus is fantastic! Last-​minute change moved a graduation party to our house, and frantically found CP who were able to clean carpets/​upholstery on short notice. Kevin showed up when he said he would, did a great job on everything, has good prices, and is very easy to work with. Other parts of the party planning were a pain, but getting the carpets done was something I didn’t need to worry about. Highly recommend.
