Firestone Complete Auto Care

I went here to get my tires balanced and rotated, and to get my brakes checked out. All was done in 1 hour and I drove away very pleased with the process. Before going, my Fj would shake after getting new tires from one of their competitors. Needless to say, I was going to Firestone for the FIX and not the place where I purchased the tires. Even though I had free balancing/​rotation on all 4 tires, I didn’t like how the competitors put on the tires. Firestone rotated exactly how I wanted and balanced each tire. While the wheels were off, they even checked out the brakes for me. Good lookin’ out fellows!

I live in Charlotte and on my way to Raleigh my engine light comes on. Immediately I think I’m going to be stranded on the side of the road and I start to panic. I call a friend and ask where the closest Firestone is to his house. I pull into the Firestone in Apex and was greeted by Akeem. He was super friendly and very accommodating. He took his time investigating what could be wrong with my car and had me read the notes just to be sure. They offered a free inspection and said I would most likely need the $ 99 engine inspection to determine why the engine light was on. The called me later and said they determined it was the ignition coil however I most likely would be able to return to Charlotte without being stranded if I wanted to repair it there. They didn’t try to sell me on anything, although they knew I was out of town and most likely desperate. Artie called me and talked me through what was probably happening. Akeem and Artie both made me feel like I wasn’t being taken advantage of and that means the world to me!!! I highly recommend their shop if you are in need of repairs. Thanks gentlemen.

Stopped in within an hour before closing time. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Was hearing strange noises under hood and they got me taken care of. They were fast, attentive, and explained things in an easy to understand way. Highly recommend these guys!!!

We have searched around for reliable and reasonable service and ultimately feel we have found it here. We worked with Artie who was knowledgable and honest about what could wait and what needed to be done. I honestly felt he was someone we could trust and the cars are now running great. They were on target with times they would be completed and thorough in their reviews of cars. We will definitely go back…
