Established in 2015.
Zenith Academy joined with Team Williams in September 2015. Our vision is to provide family fitness in a kid friendly environment. We combine martial arts with other kids activities to help build well rounded and respectful children. We believe in reinforcing rules and developing leadership qualities in each child. Jiu Jitsu is fun and effective and can provide amazing physical and mental benefits.

As a former NC State Wrestler, I was attracted to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and the competition aspect of it back in 1998. I began studying Jiu Jitsu in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was a blessing to live in Las Vegas during the MMA explosion. Combining wrestling and ground fighting with jiu jitsu was a blend that seemed to work well together. I’ve been very active in competitions since 1998 and it molded my game to where it is today. I earned my black belt in 2011 under Robert Drysdale. Fundamentals are the basis of my instruction and this type of training builds confidence in my students. Whether you are interested in self defense or competition, I have a program that works for both.
