I came in as an unsatisfied customer due to the fact that last year I get as if I wasn’t sure if I got the correct amount. But as soon as I walked in I was greeted By Rosa, with a firm hand shake and cup of water. She immediately began helping me out with my paperwork. On top of getting me more than I expected, she also explained why I deserve to get what I got. I am definitely coming back next year and asking for Rosa!

I was fine doing my taxes here before i would be charged $ 80 and now Rebecca have gave me a quote of only 250 $ so I took it just to get it out the way and I got my statement that its now 393 $ what a rip off that’s not good customer service I’m not going back and I better get what ever I was charged extra.

So many years I’ve been coming here they charged me 400 3 years ago to do my taxes I was younger and didn’t know after I went some where else and they charged me only 50 $ I went to H&R after they tried to charge me 300 $ I tried to walk out then the lady that did my taxes for 3 years lowered the price to 100 $ still kept walking then said I only had to pay 50 $ wow they like to rip people off especially young people that’s not right so one has to speak up

My mom ended up switching offices from Panorama to Arleta. She was very pleased with the customer service & said she will definitely be coming back. My mom said she had many questions but the tax professional was very patient and understanding. As for me, I got my taxes done for the first time there & they made it so simple for me. Btw, I really liked the coffee there! Not to mention the girl receptionist is really pretty

Hr block arleta office rocks! Great customer service. I had an appointment at 10:00am and the lady was waiting for me I didn’t have to wait she helped me right away. Thanks GUYS!
