This is one of those car shops you can trust. The manager Matt and his crew WANT to help you, they don’t just do it because it’s their job they like helping people. They’re really honest and fair. This is a top notch car shop with people who are knowledgable and caring. If you care about your car then go here!!!

Matt Dillon is awesome! He caught a mistake from another business. It was a tire that was still under warranty and this other business said it wasn’t. He took time to help me figure it out and he didn’t ask for anything. He genuinely wanted to help. I highly recommend going there. They will take time to explain what is wrong and won’t make you feel stupid for asking questions. This location is very well run and I know I’m in good hands when I bring my car there.

Matt and the entire crew here are absolutely the best. I drive a VW, and they’re typically the «dealer only» repair kind of car. Not the case here! They do a marvelous job with my car and always look to give me the best deals possible. I always get the whole explanation and they are consistently honest with me. There have been times when I thought something was wrong with my car, they checked it out, found nothing was wrong, and get this: didn’t charge me for the diagnosis. They don’t hesitate to fully answer questions and reassure me about their work.
As a young female, a lot of car shops tend to try to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. I know surprisingly more than most would think, and THEY HAVE NEVER taken advantage of me or anyone I’ve ever experienced in the waiting room.
I cannot recommend this location enough. The absolute best.

I can’t begin to say how much I appreciate carX’s owner Byron and all of his stellar employees. There have been times when I have had minor car emergencies (ie. an uninvited nail in a tire, a cracked off windshield wiper due to the cold/​salty conditions), and I have raced over, unannounced, to carX and voila carX fixes it in no time and gets me on my way! They’re so accomodating, their work is outstanding, they’re personable and I NEVER feel like i’m getting ripped off for unnecessary work being done to my car. Byron and his whole team are concerned with my safety and will often «show» me (with my own eyes) why a tire/​belt/​bolt/​fan/​etc. needs to be replaced… I recommend this carX to any and everyone… they’re work and professionlaism is always above par… great job guys!
