Dan Conard Pest Control

Dan has been to my place a couple times. Each time he has done an excellent job, the problems don’t reoccur like they have with other pest control companies I had worked with. Dan is extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. My son even enjoyed a nice conversation with him. Great job all around.

I called and Dan was quick to respond. He showed up the next day and was a pleasure to work with. I hired him to spray for some ants and spiders that had overtaken my house and they were gone within 24 hours. Will definitely call Dan again if I need him!

I had my rented house treated last Dec 6, 2014, for monthly service. The initial treatment was great although there was still bugs and roaches around. I thought that this will be reduced on a monthly service. But I was happy and even recommended him to my friends/​neighbors. However after calling and asking him to come every month (during weekday or any day he choose), he would tell me that he will check his schedule and will even return call. There was never a second visit, no return call and its been almost 5 mos. I called him every month and the last time we talked, he asked if the condition now is like the first /​initial treatment, I said no. The initial treatment is more than 4 times of the cost of the monthly service ($ 40) so I’m wondering if he is implying that we have to pay for another initial service. I’m not going to get his service again.

Dan was very punctual and thorough with his work. I had an ant and cockroach problem and he explained each step to me and went through each room and did a full walk through on the exterior to target any problem areas. He was accurate with his timing and pricing (as promised on the phone). He even did a follow up visit two weeks after the initial visit to seal up any open holes inside and outside of the house for any future infestations and rodent proofing. I would recommend him to all.

I always hire Dan for the jobs. He worked very thoroughly with all the details. I highly recommend him to all.

What can I say?! Dan was AWESOME! I had a problem with spiders, ants and more recently… rats outside my house (I have fruit trees) but had started to hear them in the attic. I called SEVERAL pest control companies before choosing Dan and ALL of them were either too expensive, would take too long to send someone out, or they wanted to lock me into a contract for a year. Dan came out the very next day after I called him! He was extremely thorough in walking around my property and looking for areas that the rats might be getting into the attic. He found several small holes all around my property and around my garage and even proceeded to FIX ALL of the openings by screening them off for me! He was fully prepared and was very reasonable in his pricing. He sprayed the exterior and interior of my home to make sure that the ants and spiders would not make their way into my house :-) Needless to say, since yesterday when Dan came… I haven’t heard any little critters in the attic and am SOOOO pleased with the results of the spraying for ants and spiders. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any and EVERYONE! Thanks Dan, you’re the man!

We moved into a new house and discovered an ant problem in the kitchen and other areas of the house. Dan provided services to eliminate the ant problem and also protect against other pests. We have pets and Dan provided a solution that was pet friendly. The one treatment has kept our house ant free for over 6 months. I would highly recommend his services.

Dan was a pleasure to work with, he is certainly someone who knows his kraft, great customer service, and attentive to needs of my house. I didn’t have to worry about what his plan was to get rats out of my house, rather just let him do what he’s good at and needless to say. NO MORE RATS! Great communication and pricing ! I most certainly recommend him to anyone who has an issue at their home. 5***** in my opinion !
