First time coming to this shop. Loved it. Affordable prices. Tons of juice options. Sabrina was super nice and helpful. Definitely coming back here!

This is my new go-​to for any vape products, questions or repairs! The customer service is top-​notch! They fixed my favorite vape box, set it all up and explained to me what the problem was and explained that if I had any problems in the future, to just come in and they’d be more than willing to take care of me. Everyone is very friendly and I wasn’t intimidated like I usually am walking into a vape shop. Very helpful and I recommend The Cloud Spot

I have been to this location several times, with different owners as well as store names. But these people made a change in every way. Some of the best customer service I’ve had at a vape shop. They are very friendly and curious. As well as having everything I needed and then some. I will definitely be coming back. Not to mention the great prices in everything.

Today i was looking for a vape store around the area i was in and happened to find this store on Unilocal.I came in and they gladly greeted me. I was impressed with their prices and their juice selection! Better than most vape stores. I love the customer service! Will be back often! Thank you Cloud Spot!

This SPOT is THE SPOT to go if you want to make nice CLOUDS. They have a great selection of juices. Not the mention their great customer service. Their workers are very experienced in THE vaping industry and know how to help you when needed. One of the workers named RJ is an excellent builder and a great teacher when it comes to cloud chasing and building. I highly recommend any vapers to come stop by at this location.

This vape store has EVERYTHING you need as a beginner or expert vaper. One thing great about this store is their excellent customer service. I came into this store not knowing many things. However, their professional staff, including Chris Shin, has helped me get all the essentials for beginning to vape at a price I couldn’t find at any other vape store around the area.
Their juice collection is also amazing for both fruity and pastry lovers!

As a total Noob, I had no idea where, what, when, What and How. All I had was the why. .. (Stimulant effects of nicotine necessary for pain after effects of Spinal surgery) So I got online, studied about e-​cigs. Sooooo, confusing! Got on YouTube, more confused because they were doing reviews and things assuming the viewer knows the components and the lingo. But like all things, you gotta start somewhere, and everything has a learning curve.
After many hours of on-​line studying and reading reviews and specifications, I leaned towards a «Tank» Starter System by Aspire. It seemed like a decent place to start. I was ready to press the «button» to purchase, when a thought hit my mind. Why not look on Unilocal?
My Unilocal search led me to this place, which was not too far from home. Upon entering the store, I was a bit intimidated, since I had a lot of questions.
The nice girl working there was very patient and answered all my questions to guide me toward a product that I could walk out the store with. Not only that, there were two customers sitting there who added their «knowledge base» which was very helpful. One of the guys even let me test his «e-​juice» which I really liked and ended up getting as my first bottle.
Overall, this store is an A+. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. and most of all very patient. I even asked stupid questions like, «Are there places where you can’t use this product?», «Does it leave stains on the car upholstery?». I paused to see if there were any rolling of the eyes, and to my relief, there were none. (So stupid questions like mine are okay!)
Anyway, since I am new to this type of product I am not qualified to comment on their product inventory, but the service was absolute pleasure.

Nice place to stop by and pick up all your vaping needs. They are under new management now and they are still super friendly. The selection is pretty good, but they seem to be out of a lot of juices every time I show up… that is the only reason I am giving 4 stars in stead of 5.

Driving by and in the area, we looked up local vape shops to hit up on a way to a wedding. Came across this business and decided to stop by.
On first glance at their Unilocal page: The reviews for this business are deceptively high. Note that a significant number of reviewers for this shop have little to no activity on Unilocal.This basically translates itself to mean friends of the business owners Unilocaled with only the purpose of increasing ratings (aka: elicit fraudulent business).
Despite the questionably high reviews, I wanted to give them the benefit of my doubt. The day I visited was apparently the worst day they could have made an impression on me.
The business is pretty small compared to many other vape shops I have visited in socal. They were having a launch party for another affiliate company that day, so if there were places to sit… I had no idea. We walked in confused with what was going on and no one bothered to smile or approach us to explain. People were dressing dummies, a DJ trying to look like he had some skill and/​or talent, and just a bunch of dumb broads who gave off the first impression of «HS dropout». A simple explanation by someone. anyone. would have been helpful during the first 10 minutes of standing there waiting for service. If anything I felt like we got looks of disdain for being present in a business that should have been closed if they were going to serve only members of whatever launch party.
The girl who I presume is the owner (Asian girl with heavy eye makeup). finally sighed and mustered up a fake smile to ask if she could help us. By this point, I have no interest in buying anything I absolutely needed. She seemed like she could have been nice enough. but the impression left was lukewarm at best. We addressed our immediate needs and left utterly disappointed with the business.
I assign 1 star max for the poor business, customer service, and prices. I’m receptive to a re-​review but I doubt I would come back here. The sour experience elicits a lot of negative feelings toward the business and the type of people who have squatted in the space to hang out. There are definitely better shops around. I do not recommend this place at all.

Chill vibe, affordable pricing and great staff that take the time to help you find what you need. Taste is subjective so it’s always hard to find the flavor you want but I never feel like I’m in a rush when sampling flavors here.
They have a wide variety of juice brands to choose from, with starter kits for those who are new to vaping along with more advanced hardware. From your everyday, entry-​level batteries up to the latest mechanical mods & accessories, the staff are really helpful in getting you what you need — very straightforward and honest, never try to upsell or make you spend unnecessarily. I’ve always found new, hard to find items in stock here as well.
Newly renovated with posh chairs and sofas, this place really sets itself apart from the rest of the stores in the area. A lot of regulars here that just come to kick it or talk about their latest mod /​upgrade. They have vaping mags worth checking out too.

I had a problem with a pin on my mod that I got at another store in the area but they still helped me out and fixed it for me.
I also noticed they’re the the only vape shop that doesn’t talk down other store.

I’ve been vaping for about three years now, and Novo is the place I go for all my needs. From juice to their mod selection, this store has everything and more. They also have new and cool accessories that most stores don’t.
I’ve been around to my fair share of Vape stores and Novo by far has the best employees. They’re always attentive and even though there’s only a few of them, they will get to everyone’s needs. Most stores are way over staffed and it’s still hard to get enough help. At Novo, the owner Warner and workers Emily and Patrick really know their stuff. The location is also perfect, just down the street for me.

I don’t go anywhere else to get any vape goods I need. All their items are more than fairly priced and all the workers are very helpful and kind. They never seem annoyed no matter how many questions you ask them and they will help you to get what you need.
The owner Warner is the man ! If you are debating on buying different device or whatever with your budget he’ll offer you what the best deal is instead of trying to sell you a higher costing products.

Just went to Novo Vape to pick up a late Christmas present for my dad who’s trying to quit smoking. Never have I been to a vape shop before, but the reviews and location got me to go. I was kind of worried about getting a pretentious vibe, but it wasn’t like that at all! IInitially, I was looking for something refundable, but the customer service and relatively cheap price changed that. Emily walked me through everything so that the purchase for my picky dad would be worth it. She was very thorough and a good conversationalist as well. As another review mentioned, they do offer their own version of the egostick, but Emily was real with me and recommended I’d be better off with a quality, but more expensive, egostick.
If I vaped, this would be my place.

This place is great! It’s newly opened and although it’s located on a busy street like South St, it’s perfect.
Everything is clean and new in here. The décor is catered to young adults and even moms and dads. It’s spacious and if you’re looking for a place to just hang out and try the different juices, the owner allows you to do so. There’s plenty of seating! The owner is super friendly, and definitely wants to help people out, which is a good quality to have.
I noticed a lot of people are starting to use vapes. It’s not only for smokers trying to quit, but you can also just smoke juices that don’t contain nicotine. It’s the «thing» to do, and although I’m not for following crowds, if this will help people smoke less cigarettes and change their lifestyle for a better living, I’m all for it! And seeing that my dad has been smoking since he was in his early teens and has changed his bad habit for the better, I encourage all smokers to go here!
