Peachtree Hills Apartments

This is an extremely old apartment which need a large amount of repairs. This is my first and last year in this apartment building. When I first moved in the first things I noticed were there is no ventilation system in the kitchen and bathroom, the air conditioning is in the bathroom (which means it’s extremely hot in the living room and kitchen when it’s warm outside), the hardwood floors squeak real bad (your neighbors here every move you make) and when it rains there are leaks and water spots throughout the entire ceiling. For the rent charged this complex is truly terrible and it would help if they hired competent repairman. The reason I make this statement is because when I moved in the so called painters painted over everything (wall sockets, door jams, heating systems and doorknobs). What person with experience does this??? And whoever repaired the roof must be totally incompetent because when it rains there shouldn’t be leaks or water spots throughout the apartment. I talked to several of my neighbors and they have the same issues and concerns… My primary advice for anyone thinking on moving here is to find somewhere else. If you still move here please sign only a six-​month lease because they will not let you break it… When I leave this place I will never look behind and it taught me an awesome lesson (always be careful of long term lease agreements)…
