Smith Richard A, DDS

I would highly recommend Dr. Richard Smith and his office as an excellent practice. I have a fear of the dentist & have had some prior not so good experiences at my previous dentist. I needed several filings & stopped in Dr. Smits office and was talking to the receptionist– Cathy. She was kind, informative and professional. As we were speaking Dr. Smith came up and introduced himself and spoke with me also.
I made an appointment and wow– what a difference of a visit from my previous experiences at prior dentists. He did a consult & explained everything. My first appointment went better than I expected. They give you time to unwind and calm down before they start working on you. They are patient and professional and he always explains everything. I have had several appointments since then and he has even worked on my orthotic mouth piece and I am headache free now. Each appointment has always went well.
They address you by name as soon as you walk in their door & keep you informed if there is going to be a wait. I have spoken with Cindy also and she & Cathy have handled insurance claims for me with lightning speed.
I am thankful that I found this practice and each member of our family will be coming here.
