This restaurant used to deliver high quality Chinese food. However, the food from my last order came COLD in spots all throughout every entrée!!! And the Cheese wontons and egg rolls were NOTCRISPY. ITWASGROSS!!! I very rarely have to write complaints because businesses are typically responsible and take care of their mistakes. Sunrise Asian Cuisine… not smart in the least. They only wanted to give me a $ 15 food credit. That increased to $ 20 after the restaurant worker talked with his owner. A factor was that I didn’t call back the following day. It took me a few more days because of my disabilities caused by Conversion Disorder; but, no more than a week to call them back. After hearing I would receive only a $ 20 food credit, I warned them that I would file a complaint. But, they didn’t care and actually coached me on to do it!!! Some background, I’m disabled with Conversion Disorder, which is a disorder in which the brain no longer processes stressful situations/environment properly. This causes negative energy to discharge into the body, which makes me very sick with severe fatigue to the point of passing out, severe abdominal pain, hair loss, increased neuropathy pain(developed during the time required to diagnose my condition), urinary retention and many other sicknesses. I wanted to do some things this evening but I am out of energy because the nasty response by Sunrise Asian Cuisine is causing me to get really sleepy. As I just ate dinner and my body requires energy to digest the food. But, Sunrise Asian Cuisine stole it due to their nasty customer service. I never knew that stress could convert into something called, «Conversion Disorder». Until I became very sick and the disorder threatened to cause me to loose consciousness behind the wheel when driving to work. Sadly, I had to go out on disability and I have been disabled for almost 2 years now. I ordered right before they closed and asked if they still delivered. They should have said NO, if they weren’t going to make it right! I gave the driver a tip that was slightly over 20% of the total meal cost, which made my grand total a WHOPPING $ 70! And because I am disabled from calling by their deadline, I receive no reasonable accommodation for my disability, whatsoever! They must have thought I was joking because the disorder sounds fake. But, this sick chick is on Unilocal typing up this complaint as the stress from handling this is trying to force my eyes to close! I don’t work anymore and so our family relies on a reduced income. I went out of my way to tip the driver $ 11(~20%) for a RIPOFF! As my family did not get leftovers for the next day as any contaminant can make me very sick. So because over 80% of my food was cold and had to be microwaved for 1 minute each even through the driver arrived on time, no one trusted the food enough to eat it the next day. And, it tasted weird as well. We ordered their food over a DOZEN times! And with their high prices, those meals all totaled out to be around $ 500.00!!! We have invested a lot into that restaurant. The restaurant representative I was on the phone with told me they threw in free food simply to try to gain repeat customers and not to mask the crappy food. If that was so true, why did we get free food when we are already repeat customers??? Therefore, what I believe based on how cold the food was and how soggy the Cheese wontons and egg rolls were, was that they took the food straight out of the fridge and just threw it in the microwave! I am appalled as I spent $ 70 for gourmet quality cuisine!!! I’m so furious that I plan to file a dispute against the company through my VISA account that was charged. ONTHECONTRARY, Last night, the Noodles & Co. located in the same area gave me noodle bowls with no meat and they were bland last night. They fixed my order completely today by redoing it ALLFORFREE! So if you want tasty and fresh food for a 1⁄3rd of the cost; check out Noodles and Co. For high quality sushi, check out Fontana Sushi. My husband hated the taste of the food from Sunrise Asian Cuisine as it tasted like it had been sitting in the refrigerator beforehand; simply for the convenience of ripping someone off who calls with an order just before closing. When I gave the driver over 20% for the inconvenience I caused them for having to cook hot food right before closing for the family. Well, it turns out. Sunrise Asian Cuisine already factored that in, INADVANCE! Well, this review is theirs, right back at em! They are preparing food for a customer who lives in an affluent area. MAKEITRIGHT or respectfully reconcile the difference in unfair charges for the nasty food and disrespectful behavior! I keep losing consciousness while writing this because of Sunrise Asian Cuisine. So I am posting with no more proofreading and going to bed. Trust me, your $ 70 will be much better spent someone else. We didn’t eat leftovers because cold food says other problems may exist.

Lovely restaurant, friendly people. From there it went downhill. Sat for at least 10 minutes before our order was taken. First person who came to our table told us they didn’t serve liquor. Since I had walked in past a bar with liquor behind it I asked another person. They said that they could serve liquor but didn’t have a bartender(on a Friday night). Not a big deal, but the food was not very good. It was hot, but greasy and odd tasting. We ordered miso soup, sweet and sour soup, vegetable tempura, kung pao chicken and another chicken/shrimp dish. Most of the food remained on the plates. Too bad — we could really use a good restaurant in the neighborhood. We won’t be back.

The hunt for decent Chinese continues as this place is not it! I always look for two things in good Chinese, good egg rolls and good fried rice. If you can’t handle these I hold no hope for the rest of the meal. Spring rolls were soggy and fried rice had no taste. Also ordered soup, entrees, lo men… none of it was good. Had tons of leftovers that ended up in the trash.

*** All sushi 50% of ALLDAYMON-THURS*** I’m always very happy to come here the food is great service is the same, I love the ambiance and the overall feeling. The chefs do a wonderful job with the sushi, the appearance and taste excel always. They are under new management and seems to be working well, I would highly recommend it for almost any occasion and for any crowd.

Terrible experience! Extremely long wait to get our food. Sushi pieces are very small portions. My husband and I both had hibachi and the scallops were undercooked, they forgot the soup and salad course all together and just delivered it to the table after the main course after we reminded them it was missed and we both were sick when we got home. Service was extremely slow and the restaurant wasn’t full at all. I had to ask for chopsticks and my husband had to ask for a knife. To top it off, at the end of the meal they brought out 2 fortune cookies for the 3 of us. No attention to detail at all. Waste of money.

A really bad experience tonight. Seated but no menus, so we got our own. Had to hunt someone down to ask for drinks. Twice. Ordered drinks and food all at once since we had sat for over 15 minutes w/o anyone talking to us. 15 minutes later we got our drinks. Then had to wait another 10 minutes for soups. Entrees came out after an hour. 3 of 4 entrees were correct, 1 was way off. One was low quality to the point of not being eaten. On top of that there was no heat in the restaurant. The guy at the front desk was wearing his coat. We were freezing our butts off. It wasn’t busy, unless it was all takeout orders. One other table on our side, and maybe 3 or 4 booths on the other side. Between all the issues, they comped nothing. I really liked this place 2 years ago, but something has changed for the worst. I think the name has changed slightly recently, so maybe it’s under new management. I miss the old management. I won’t go back until something drastic changes. Be forewarned!

You have to ask for chopsticks, and our food all came out at different times, but the service was great. The sashimi was incredible– Big pieces that tasted divine! The rolls were amazing– Las Vegas roll was on special… never had a deep-fried roll before, but it blew my mind! Shrimp tempura roll was good. The rest of my party had pad Thai– that was really good, sesame chicken– got great reviews from my kids, and teriyaki chicken served on the sizzling skillet on a bed of onions– my daughter loved it but I thought it was a little on the plain side. Cheese wontons were yummy– very crispy and lots of cheese. They gave me mango ice cream for my birthday dessert, and that alone made the trip worth it! Monday night special was one dollar beer and one dollar warm sake!(Good beers like tsing Tao and Heineken!) The atmosphere was fun and modern, and they had lots of cozy spots for privacy. So glad to have a new(to me) sushi place that is open on Monday in the neighborhood!

Great Place! I can’t attest to the sushi(pregnant) but everything else here is spot on. Being Asian it’s hard to find DELISH Asian cuisine that’s close to home and not too westernized. Also, great décor and atmosphere. I haven’t tried their Happy Hours but they seem to have good specials

Visiting my daughter and grandkids and decided to have take away while babysitting. The food was very good with good size portions. Would recommend this restaurant as a go to place for Chinese food.

We have had both in-restaurant meals and deliveries. We are amazed at the number of available options; the quality is consistently top notch. In restaurant service is very good and they have a full bar. It’s also family friendly!

Best Chinese food that is close to NY, that I have tasted. I lived in NY for 25 years and then Az for five and Washington state for 2 and now colorado for 3. I have been eating here for 3 months and the food is really good. They could use some ambience when dinning in, such a dim lighting, AC and music. But, delivery you can not go wrong!

If I could do a half star I would. We only had 1 drink each and a sushi appetizer and couldn’t stomach either one. Stay away from this place. Yikes

I took my 2 little boys here last night for our Mommie/son date night. The place was fairly busy for 7pm on a Saturday night but not full by any means. We were seated and given menus and the waiter came and got our drink orders fairly quickly. It was all good up until my food was delivered. I then realized I didn’t have any utensils or chop sticks. It took me 5 minutes to get someone’s attention. Then they disappeared again. Not to be seen until he was about to dump the check off. I told him he were interested in dessert and he pointed to a card on the table that showed 3 desserts. None of them were the ones I had seen pictured on Unilocal. So I asked about the fried banana as that’s what my kids would eat and he said he would check on it. Up to the point that our food came, and we had one waiter, our drinks were re-filled, and all was good. After that we had another waiter and the service was not good. Overall my sushi was great and the kids chicken nuggets and fries were hot and they liked them.

Just moved to CO from San Diego Ca and I’m a big fan of sushi and anyone who has been to Southern California knows it everywhere. This is the best sushi I have had since moving to CO and the staff is great, very friendly and they know how to make a roll. Crazy Gril roll is probably one of the best rolls iv ever had. You have a loyal customer here!

I have less check ins here that actual business, because we order delivery from Sunrise a lot. Even though we are on the outer edge of their delivery zone, the food always comes hot and FAST! All of the Chinese offerings I have tried are excellent. I had a waiter notice I didn’t eat the green peppers on my Kung Pao plate one evening, and he told me they could leave them off. Not only did they omit them on my next order, but they made up for it by providing more of the other veggies. I was very impressed with that! Their lemon chicken is great-prefect proportion of chicken and crispy breading(not the soggy, doughy stuff you find all too often). I love thie Egg Drop Soup. My husband enjoys their sushi(at much better prices than nearby places) and has tried a variety of their selections. The real impressive thing is the artful presentation of thier sushi dishes — the plates are adorned with hand drawn birds, tiny bonsai-esque trees, or impressive layouts. The dishes are never boring, and is something I have not seen done at all in the metro area.

Great food and good, friendly service. I had driven by this place a few times when they were moving in equipment waiting for them to open. Well they finally did. They have a good selection of various Chinese dishes, i. e sweet and sour chicken, beef and broccoli, etc. They also have lots of sushi entrees as well as some hibachi entrees. The sushi was very good. I got the Jacky roll and my friends got the volcano roll. It was a lot of sushi and nicely presented. The day before I ordered the jumbo shrimp, scallop and squid and that was good also. The prices are somewhat higher than other Chinese restaurants in the area but I think the food is pretty good here. So yes, I recommend this place.
