We have been to many different hibachi grills in the past. Our experience tonight was by far the best. Lee was our chef and he could not have been any more fun, engaging and welcoming! We will be back without a doubt and we will only be at a table where Lee is cooking! Thanks for such a great experience Lee!

Ordered takeout and 2 entrees had long hairs in them, other than that the timing and the other food was great, we only made it halfway through before finding the hairs and tossed it.

Very friendly staff, the experience and attention to the customer needs was nice. Good table show, the table cook pays attention to kids as well as include the table in the fun. The food was on par, we will go back.

Had the scallops and steak. Recommend going with medium rare. I had medium and it was just a little tougher than I like. Sushi was awesome, dinner was perfect and very entertaining. We will certainly be back!

The food was good but not great. Rather expensive for mediocre food and a mediocre show. We had a party of five and as soon as the chef left we were brought checks, not offered beverage refills and several minutes later asked to take the remainder of the drinks to the lobby area because they needed our table. Upon arriving to the lobby, there were no customers waiting for the table, which was a bit off putting.

I had received a $ 25 off coupon to Mt. Fuji and upon looking up reviews on was a bit skeptical… people were not saying good things… :/But I’m so glad I didn’t pay attention to them! Hands down THEBEST sushi experience I’ve ever had! My mother, sister and I were greeted promptly and sat at a booth. We ordered drinks immediately and they were brought to the table within a few minutes, as well as a couple of apps(seaweed salad and miso soup) which were also brought very quickly and tasted delicious! Each of us requested a couple of different sushi rolls and the lot of them were presented to us on this beautiful wooden boat serving platter with fresh flowers — it was gorgeous! The flavors and quality of the variety of fish was phenomenal. Very pleased. But best of all, was the service. Our waiter’s name was David, and he was an absolute delight. He was attentive, genuine and took excellent care of us. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. We loved him and we loved the food. Overall, from start to finish, GREAT experience. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll definitely be back! :)

The food was good, chef mildly entertaining; however, we were rushed in and out in less than an hour for a party of six. I’ve NEVER felt so rushed which is completely unacceptable when you are paying $ 25+ per plate. Won’t go back.

We have been coming here for years! We have our list of rolls we enjoy– Lion King, Hanade, Las Vegas, Dancing Roll are among some of our favs! We can always walk in and get a table for sushi, but you will wait for hibachi! Service is fast, and efficient. You won’t have to wait long for food at all. That’s why we drive down from Aurora, and we live right by the Southlands location.

Food was good, but a bit over priced. Service was good. However, be warned, they will NOT take certificates for lunch and they seem to have an attitude about them. website does NOT say dinner only and neither does the coupon. They have posted a sign on their door saying Dinner only for certificates/coupons. To me that means they have inflated the dinner prices considerably to allow for discounts. Too bad. We would eat lunch there more often but inconvenient location for us for dinner. Also, dinner prices very high there. I realize all Mt. Fuji’s are separately owned and operated. The Southlands location is the best but no coupon offers that I’ve seen. Castle Rock location is very good also and they do offer coupons. Recommendation: We’ve never had a bad meal or poor service at Huro Sawa also in Parker.

Sushi was ok. Not much variety since everything has little bits of tuna or eel in it. Everything is covered in spicy mayonnaise. The shrimp fried rice was soooooo greasy. No flavor. Cheese wontons was like eating oily fried overly sweetened cream cheese. Not a place I would recommend.

I’m piggybacking off my husbands review… After trying several sushi places in the area I can now say this is the best we’ve had yet in Colorado! Their rolls are so fresh and authentic. The service was fast. And overall the price is appropriate. We lucked out cause we had a coupon. Seriously, these rolls were awesome!!!

My family were out late and planned to have dinner here earlier but plans got jumbled and we ended up coming here 30 minutes before they closed, we felt bad but since we were the only ones there, they got us out of there quickly and still kept their cool! for the sushi chef sake, we ordered simple rolls and nothing fried to keep it easy on him(it was only one chef and one server). We were surprised how quickly he was able to get the sushi out to us, I think between the 5 of us, we ordered about 10 rolls and they were all out within 5 minutes. We made sure to tip them well for still serving us, the funny part was as soon as we left, the server locked the door and turned off the«open» sign, turned to the chef and did the whole«phew» *wiping forehead* gesture.

Great price especially for the food. This place has a great buy one get one special on Asian beers which is icing on the cake. I have nothing negative at all to say about this place. To make it even better there are plenty of coupons and other things that get circulated to let you take off as much as 25% off the whole bill!

I visited based on previous Unilocal reviews. Lunch time was quiet with few other guests. Service started a little slow but quickly improved. The food was fresh and nicely presented. An average value for the money.

I’ve been here a couple times. We came for my boyfriend’s mothers birthday and had hibachi. I really love the the hibachi. We split the chicken and shrimp, and ordered some sushi. The hibachi is about $ 20-$ 25 a person. Pretty pricey for a group event! It’s great to come here even if you don’t eat at the hibachi bar. The sushi is also very good. One of the downsides to this restaurant is they only have Pepsi. Also the girls who bring the drinks are constantly asking if you need a refill. Not always a good thing, eh? My boyfriend also took me here on a date night a few months ago. We each got our own plate this time, and it was pretty pricey! But amazing none-the-less. It was a great date night idea. We shared our table with another teenage couple and they were very nice. The tricks they do with the spatulas and fire are very neat. Quite a show, adds to the environment. Our hibachi man also let us try to catch broccoli in our mouths. Very cool! I also LOVE the fried rice. Yum! This place is one of the best hibachis in Colorado!

Ordered delivery at work. They did an outstanding job with a large delivery order. We all called in separately added our own orders to the order, were charged for just our own portion. When it was delivered, each order was separated in bags for each person and each receipt on each bag. I got Spicy Tuna, Sweet Potato Tempura, and Seasweed Salad.(total was 17 $) The spicy tuna was OK. The Sweet Potato Tempura was amazing. Probably one of the best sweet potato rolls I’ve ever had. The seaweed salad was also good. It’s worth noting the rolls did not have cucumber or avocado in them. I’ve noticed this seems to be a common addition to both sweet potato and spicy tuna in Colorado. Either way I was pretty pleased. I felt it was a bit pricy but it was good.

I came here for my 15th birthday back in October 2014. The food was great! Something I greatly appreciated was the man cooking for us was very kind towards my little brother who is autistic and frightened of the fire they light in the resturaunt. I loved the scallop and the fried rice. Sadly, I’m not too fond of sushi but I really like the seaweed they wrap it with.

Came here on a Saturday evening and had a great experience. My kids had those Japanese sodas they just loved and hubby and I went for sake which was amazing. My daughter got yellow-fish sushi and California rolls and devoured them. We also did the hibachi(steak and scallops). I’ve never had better scallops than here. The service was great, food was delicious and the cooking show was awesome. It was my daughters 11th bday and they played a song in the restarant and everyone sang and gave her a special dessert. The place was clean and comfy and very personal. Love this place and highly recommend it!

We’ve gone here many times before but this last time was pretty poor. The service was impeccable and is the only reason for 2 stars. The chef was boring. He whizzed through our dinner and frankly seems like he was in training. The food itself was extremely bland compared. We were in and out in 45 minutes. A record. And when all was said and done it was $ 160 for 5 of us and one child. I’ve been to a LOT of hibachi places and never spent so much for so little.
