7L Studios began as a campus involvement and interaction outlet at The University of Texas at Austin. The sole purpose of the company was to capture priceless moments to be cherished and shared forever. This purpose still lives today as business has expanded to the greater Austin community in the photography categories of Senior Portraits, Quinceaneras, Parties and events.

Business Owner

My name is Leon Richard and I am the owner of 7L Studios. I am a 4^th year Public Relations major at The University of Texas at Austin with a strong love for marketing, advertising, media, and football. Born and raised in a small town outside of Baton Rouge, Louisiana I enjoy the simple things in life like family and food. Before I became a photographer I actually had a desire to pursue videography. Limited by time and equipment I decided to purchase a still camera. Over the years I have found my niche in flash photography and have actually gone back to give videography another spin. I have been a portrait and event photographer for 4 years now with an array of equipment and clients. Photography is something i’m passionate about because its one of the best ways to freeze life as it is happening and capture its sentimental essence. Some of my favorites shots are the ones I capture the moment of laughter signifying the many joys of life. Love life, love 7L Studios.
