Professional Home Inspector, Nathan West, spent 15 years remodeling homes before expanding his career to become a licensed home inspector. He is considered one of the most thorough home inspectors in the area who will take the time to inspect your future property from the foundation to the roof and will answer any questions you may have. Business Owner

I have had a life long passion for figuring out how a home works. After spending the past 15 years remodeling and restoring homes from Pennsylvania to Texas, I decided to pursue a license to become a Professional Home Inspector. Since I was already exploring every nook and cranny of homes to purchase, becoming an inspector was a natural transition.

I am licensed through the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC License #21 292) and have gone through months of rigorous training as well as state licensing exams.

When I come out to your future property you can count on me to look into the structural, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling equipment as well as any other systems to tell the story of your future property. I have a complete and detailed list of what I’ll inspect under the «What’s Inspected» section of the website.
