Business Owner

Carole has an undergraduate degree in Physics, a Masters of Business Administration, and a Juris Doctorate, where she graduated in the top 10% of her law school class.

After law school, Carole served as a Briefing Attorney with the Court of Criminal Appeals, the highest court in the state of Texas, and then as an Assistant Attorney General. In her five years as an AAG, Carole successfully briefed and argued several cases before the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. She also defended numerous criminal convictions, including the 1995 conviction of Yolanda Saldivar for the infamous murder of Latina superstar, Selena.

Carole’s education and experience make her an excellent representative for each of her clients. However, her passion is her family, and it was this passion this that led her to start Carole Callaghan Law. Carole regularly helps her estate planning and probate clients as they experience life’s changes.
