History

Established in 2004.

After several years of practicing with large, medium and small law firms and a short period with a national title insurance company, I made the decision to become a sole practitioner. From September, 1984, to August, 2003, I practiced with large, mid-​sized, and small firms in Austin, Texas. From September, 2003 to June, 2004, I worked as underwriting counsel and closing attorney in the direct operations of Chicago Title in Austin, Texas. Since August, 2004, I have practiced as a sole practitioner.

My practice has focused on representing clients in transactions, disputes and other matters involving Real Estate Law, Business Law and Commercial Law. I have practiced with large, medium and small law firms and as a sole practitioner. My clients include sellers, buyers, property owners, business owners, homeowners, landlords, tenants, mineral interest owners, trustees, executors, and others. I represent business entities, individuals, fiduciaries, non-​profit organizations and other parties. I have also represented clients in matters outside my primary practice areas and often draw on this experience.
