Coffee in a mall. OK it worked out. The coffee was good and the seats were comfy. Nice break while waiting for my shoppers to complete the rounds.

This place sucks. One of the employee there was really rude. I asked her if they had cold brew and she looked at me like i was stupid. She said«we have coffee that’s cold so yeah we have cold ice coffee» She obviously didn’t know what she was talking about. She made my ice coffee and I wanted the almond flavor, but it was so gross! I asked her to remake my drink and she gave me an ugly face and said I can only remake this one time and she was making so much noise on purpose. This one a very nasty experience please dont go here and go buy your coffee somewhere else.

This place is horrible! It has a new name now. cool beans. The staff is really rude and not friendly at all. The ‘manager’. very sloppily dressed decided it would be ok to refuse us service. We politely tried to order three drinks and a glass for extra ice for one of the drinks, of which we were willing to purchase a fourth drink for. When we only needed 3 drinks to begin with. This was a horrible experience, long wait, and rude staff! I do not reccommend them at all. Its worth the time to cross the street to fetch a coffee from starbucks before returning to shop.

BLEH! This is some truly bad coffee. And a truly bad Chai. And some truly bad service. Just stay away. Chaos in a cup. This mall is in dire need of a Starbucks.

***Name has changed to Cool Beans*** Wow, I didn’t think this little coffee shop could get worse, but geeze… It’s bad. The employees are rude, dirty, sassy and just don’t seem to give a crap. The shop was dirty, unstocked and in total disarray. My suggestion would be to go up to the food court and get some coffee at Nestle’, might not be fancy mochas and whatnot but it’s better to be served with a smile from someone who actually likes their job then to be served by a dirty, rude teenaged jerk.

Place is due for some upkeep! Teenagers are running the place and could use some training in customer service and professionalism.

Another terrible decision. Just read the reviews. You don’t need caffeine right now, while strolling the mall. I ordered some fancy sounding frap, got coffee flavored sugar water. Gross. It’s dirty, dusty smelling with inconsiderate customer service.

Oh god. Yes. please avoid this place if you actually enjoy good coffee. My latte was more like hot milk with a little taste of espresso and a lot of syrup. The gingerbread flavor was a bad idea. But the place was super slow an their little fixings island was out of half&half, lids and stirs. My sister got a mocha and it was way too sweet. I thought it tasted like orange juice. The only reason they get two stars is because the girl that worked there was pretty nice. They need to step it up on their coffee though… Maybe get a new espresso and steaming machine and use less syrup in their drinks and maybe get some better training going on for the«baristas». Even though I don’t even like Starbucks anymore I would say Starbucks is still better than this place. Which is bad.

This place gets 2 stars instead of 1 because my mocha was pretty good. That’s all in the good category though. This coffee shop at the mall could be sooo much better. I was the only one so if it’s slow I suggest cleaning the tables and the trash area, and the straws/sugar/lids area. The man at the register was not friendly at all. If I have to say«hi» first and all you say is the price I owe then you are not being friendly to your only customer. No smile, no «have a nice day» or anything. Sigh… made me miss Starbucks.

Worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to. Not only did they mess up my order and have to remake it, but they charged me twice. It was a day log hassle to get the second charge removed and they still charged me for the first one. Lastly, the coffee was highly overpriced for the taste. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Very disappointed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the White Chocolate Mocha and was pretty good! Starbucks is better but they don’t have one in the mall. So this place definitely took care of my coffee needs.

Terrible service, AVOID, AVOID! Stopped on our way out of the mall at 6pm and I ordered a regular coffee and a Decaf frappicino for my 11 year old daughter, we were doing some mom/daughter shopping and I told my daughter to wait for her drink while I went add creamer to mine, my daughter took the first beverage that she thought was hers(her mistake) and when the blonde with tattoos and two lip piercings found out, starting reprimanding my daughter about taking the wrong drink! Then told me she wasn’t making her another one, she would have to settle for the wrong drink she took. I told her it tastes funny to her, she doesn’t want this one, she continued to speak loudly telling me it was my daughter’s fault. I finally told her yes I want the drink we ordered and paid $ 4.00 for and that she was being rude, she went to make it and started throwing utensils around in her anger I asked the other girl behind the counter for the number and name of the manager, which she proceeded to run and tell the girl who was being rude to us, she then handed me another customer’s receipt and said its on it or maybe you would like my manager’s cell phone, how about I call her now and and then said she was going to call security on me, I wasn’t being rude all we wanted was our drink, I didn’t once use profanity or even raise my voice I was standing in front of my daughter I wasn’t going to act like that employee. The blonde then called her manager and told her I wasn’t going to speak to her now but I will be calling tomorrow and walked out of the store… WITHOUTMYDRINK!

Don’t waste your time with this place. They seem to be completely illogical when it comes to common sense. I ordered a Spiced Pumpkin Latte then paid for it. 5 minutes later the manager comes out and tells me they ran out of the pumpkin spice ingredient, would I like to choose something else? I said no thank you, I’ll take a refund please, only to be told that they have a «no refund policy»! Seriously!!! It’s not like I got what I ordered then decided against it! NEVER in my life have I been subjected to such idiocracy. I wouldn’t expect this kind of strong arm tactics to make a sale even in a shady neighborhood, much less one of the best malls in Austin.

True, the employees don’t really have«Starbucks» quality attitude or knowledge. They don’t seem to really know or care about their product or whether you buy their product. But hey, I’m not going there to look for a best friend either. I love the Turtle Mocha! I’ve never had a bad one nor have I ever ordered anything different. It was recommended to me by the barista after explaining to her I wanted to venture out of my usual White Chocolate Mocha. So on that note, it was a great recommendation. I say go to this coffee spot. It’s in the mall, it’s very close to the Great American Cookie so make it a «meal»…Then for me, you’ll see me sip my TM in the kids FREE play section.

This place sucks ass and the baris-tards are full of themselves thinking that they are better than Starbucks. Well guess what? Starbucks is huge for a reason.

Coffee not bad. Wifi was down so I could not browse to my content. A good place to grab coffee while the better half shops.

Located in lakeline mall close to J.C. Penny’s. We sat down and shared their Frappalattes with caramel and topped with whipped cream. It tastes really good. They serve sandwiches too. Unfortunately they don’t have outdoor patio.
