Come have a great time on our Prince Issac Party Bus that holds 30 passengers or take a nice Wine Tour in our Lincoln Stretch Limousine. Wine Tour packages are found on our website.

If you need airport transportation, why not do it in style and take either our 2013 Cadillac XTS that holds four passengers or our Cadillac Escalade ESV that holds six passengers. We also have shuttle vans available for larger groups. We look forward to serving your transportation needs!

Established in 2007.

J&G’s City Wide Express has been in business for 6 years now and growing strong! When we started our business, there were only taxis or limousines available to the people. Our concept was to give Austin a service able to cater to large groups going out on the town without the worries of pricey limos, roundup of multiple taxis for your group, and of course DWI’s. We have a fleet of 11 – 14 passenger vans that can accomodate your group going to a wedding, club, concert, etc. Since then we have found clients that do need the more elegant side of things so we started 1st Class Limos of Austin to provide fun rides for guests who actually do want that kind of service. We also just added our Prince Issace party bus of 30 passengers for big party goers. Now we are able to supply the demand of everyone and keep everyone happy at the same time!

Home grown right here in Austin, TX and if you’re from here then you should know what Austin is. It’s a fun loving place where people of all sorts come to have a great time and even end up staying here. But torn by the bad reputation my city has for transportation, I decided to step up and help my city and started a company that I manage to this day. That company I speak of is J&G’s City Wide Express. I remember driving guests everywhere downtown and giving them recommendations of where to go to eat or have a fun time. As a matter of fact I train my drivers to do that til this day because that’s what matters most is leaving a lasting impression on folks. It’s about service with a smile. I have been in the hospitality business for 17 years now and I am just grateful I can pass down a tradition of friendliness that Austin is known for! «Texas Texas Yee hah!»

I work with J&G to help international students when they first arrive in Austin. They are a wonderful partner, and treat international students with a great amount of respect. They often go above and beyond to walk the students in to their apartment.
I’m so glad to be working with them, and highly recommend them.

I had initially contacted a different driving service for an event who was booked for that date. He then referred me to this service. The owner was very difficult to get in touch with (didn’t respond to emails or voicemails). When it was getting close to the event and I hadn’t heard anything, I contacted the initial service who called J&G’s. So again, I was not very impressed with this service. For over a month, we had transportation scheduled to pick us up at 5am so our group of 10 could catch our flights. Our driver was 40 minutes late! Thankfully, my flight had been delayed so I didn’t miss it. Again, I didn’t hear from the anyone, only from the initial service that I had contacted who called to apologize. Once home, I emailed J&G’s to express my disappointment with their service and never received a return email. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this service.

They lie about their fees. Do not believe them when they quote you low. Was promised $ 10 fee, then BS’ed into paying $ 27.50 upon arrival. Didn’t provide email receipt as promised either.
Bait and switch. Avoid.

For the most part, City Wide Express was great. I booked a 14-​passenger van for my wedding party, 2 29′ long mini buses for my wedding guests, and a sedan for my husband and I to use during our June 2014 wedding. Barbara was very friendly and professional. We talked back and forth over various estimates through email, and only a few times did it take a while for them to respond to an email. The only complaints I have are that 1) the van used to pick-​up my groomsmen on the day of the wedding was an HOUR late. Fortunately, we had built enough extra time into the schedule, so it didn’t end up being a problem. But had we been on a tighter schedule, this could have been a serious issue. The other very small annoyance was that after having changed our order to a smaller amount and then paying in full, I was told I still owed more. They had accidentally misplaced or not saved the new invoice and tried to bill me for another $ 700, but they quickly realized their mistake. Everything else was fine, and I have not heard any complaints from my guests. I would recommend using City Wide Express again, as long as whatever caused our van drive to be late doesn’t happen again.

J &G was very professional and prompt when my group and I called them during busy hours (sat 2am). My group and I didnt know swsw Austin very well but Joe was very helpful and told us about all the hot spots. The vehicle they used to pick us up was lavish-​escalade and you get qhat you pay for. Highly recommend especially if you have a large group.

Worst transportation experience EVER! If I could give an 1⁄8 of a star I would.
Serious, everyone has had a negative vibe, a crossed signal or a misunderstanding when traveling but this experience wins the prize for worst of ALL TIMES.
The driver was belligerent, sarcastic, consistently referring to how cool LA (i.e.: California) is, while driving us to downtown Austin.
In addition, repeated request to reduce or change the music were denied by the driver (Aaron, I think); he said «This is the music I listen to…» and so we had to endure some sort of crazy techno R&B noise for the duration of the trip!
Lastly but VERY important: we were charged $ 75 for the 6 mile trip!
J&G’s City Wide Express is a price gouger and a hires bad attitude, out of state drivers.
