Concord Suites

Had a wonderful time at the concord suites. Very clean, all hotel employees were very nice and courteous. Great time in avalon!

For 4 generations my family has been coming to this hotel and vacationing in Avalon/​Stone Harbor. This hotel is amazing. The rooms are phenomenally decorated and extremely clean and comfortable. The location of this hotel is as good as it can get. This hotel is on the border of Avalon and Stone Harbor with bike lanes surrounding the hotel so you have easy access to either town. This is an amazing hotel and we will be visiting this hotel for generations to come.

Our family had been coming here for 7 years. It’s in a great location and it’s unbelievably clean. Location is actually more Stone Harbor than Avalon.
I like… the clean rooms, friendly staff (especially Sue!), 2 pools clean (1 heated), the short walk to the beach, location, reasonable beach prices, good food at the Café, Brita water filling station, environmentally conscious.
I wish… we lived closer,
What if… we bought a condo unit?
Overall, we have been very happy coming here and we plan to continue to stay here every year for the foreseeable future.

This place is amazing. The staff is the best. so friendly. There is one woman working here every time I stay here (Ive stayed here a week each summer for the past couple years) and she remembers my family and I when we arrive. She cleans rooms. The pools are kept clean-​the heated pool is very nice. No lifeguards… but there is pool attendants that monitor the pools and keeps them clean. Also, the pools are surrounded with a fence and gate (hard to open for little ones) which is great plus when it comes to having little kids with you. Rooms are clean. FREE water refilling station– I enjoy using it to refill my reusable water bottle. The sun deck is nice to relax and has a beach view. It’s SO close to the beach… which is very convenient when you’re carrying heavy beach chairs. There is a washer and dryer you can put a few coins in if you need to wash something. There is also a vending machine for those late night munchies. You can rent board games and movies in the office for those rainy beach days. And it’s not a far walk from the cute Stone Harbor shops, and theres parks nearby!

We have been coming here for many years. Never disappointed. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Could have nicer towels but I can deal!!! Come and relax a block from the beach and rent a bike to explore the area. Fun in the sun!!!

Just came back from a wonderful weekend here. I had very very low expectations. I hate hotels. I hate foreign beds. I hate funky pools. I hate other people. I really hate other people’s kids. This place is so unbelievably clean. The pool is sparkling. The staff is sooo awesome! I liken it to being on a cruise ship, without the noise and obnoxious people in the ayce lines. My kids and I agree that we will be back! Can’t rave enough!!!
