They were pretty busy, but still they checked my fluids! Excellent customer service!!!

Not being too car knowledgable, I apparently went too long without getting an oil change on my car. I hate taking it in and dealing with an all day wait at the dealership, but definitely had to stop everything I was doing today to get my oil change taken care of. My bf who was out of town always goes here for everything — tires, rims, Oil changes, etc. so I decided to
give it a try after he suggested I take my car here. It is right across from the Valley Plaza and next to several restaurants so the location, although not my side of town, is really convenient and I could go walk around and sip a coffee while I waited. The wait time wasn’t long at all, and Jeremiah called my cell phone to let me know when it was all ready.
Sometimes being a girl walking into a car-​related shop of all men can be intimidating (especially since I have no clue what I’m talking about). Even though I clearly had neglected my oil change light, Jeremiah and his staff were so professional and helpful and didn’t seem to be secretly judging me. I will definitely make this my go-​to spot for any oil changes or flat tires in the future, and let all my family and friends know as well.

We were on our way home from LA and got a flat. Called around and they patched (not just plugged) the tire for a very reasonable price. We were in and out in 30 minutes and back on the road. We were helped by Ramon who was efficient and helpful.

What a waste of time! These guys are a joke. When I went here it was with a work vehicle; I wouldn’t even spend someone else’s money at this place again! I had a tire that vibrated the whole truck when I got up to 45 mph. I thought maybe they didn’t balance it correctly. They rebalanced it and I saw little to no improvement. These geniuses thought the brakes were causing my tires to vibrate. Two different managers tried fixing my problem. In the end I had another shop replace my shocks and that fixed it. Don’t take your problems here, they aren’t equipped with the brain power to fix them.
