I can’t attest to the quality of their services. What I can attest to was the experience with attempting to contact the salon and set up an appointment.
I bought one of those online deals for this salon and when I called to make an appointment a woman answered the phone and just said, «hello?». I was pretty taken aback because I called the number listed and had to actually ask, «Is this the nail salon?». Turns out it was the nail salon but the fact the woman didn’t answer the phone in a manner that identified the business, made me a bit nervous. I wondered if it was even a legitimate business. Next, when I mentioned that I would be using an online offer that I purhased she said she’s have to look at her schedule but probably wouldn’t be able to fit me in for almost a week. She asked for my phone number to call me back with her availability, but never called. That was it for me– I called the company I purchased the online coupon from and got a refund. Between not answering the phone in a professional manner and not having the courtesy to call me back I figured it was a sign that I shouldn’t be going to this salon.
