Excellent place for nails. They are quick, efficient, and their work doesn’t lift even after 4 weeks with no fill! Duke is fun and talkative. Kim and Tracy are super efficient and do beautiful work. All listen to what you want and deliver. This now my go to nail salon!

Horrible service. Walk in for a simple gel manicure
Had a previous manicure on my nail so the nail tech guy had to of course remove the Gel prior. He decided to start peeling of my nail gel. Hurting my nails if I wanted that I could’ve stayed home for that. I walked out didn’t let him finish damaging my nails. I don’t understand how he even got his license im sure taking the board test he didn’t do that as part of the exam

This is 4 + weeks after seeing Duke. And this is the reason why I consistently go back to Dukes nails. Over a month later no cracking, no peeling, no lifting and most importantly no breaking.
Duke is always amazing and gives me exactly what I’m looking for. I can bring in a picture of what I wanted to and when he’s finished it looks exactly like the photo, no variations. (unless I Ask Of course) and if I don’t know what I want he’ll come up with something amazing. TomTom is a wizard at pedicures and does phenomenal designs. The prices are great, the people are always friendly and I’m always completely satisfied. And if I’m not Duke always make sure that I am before I leave.

I just went in today with my best friend. I got a gel manicure and my friend got a regular manicure. We both had good experiences. Our nails turned out well. I think my gels were a bit expensive they were $ 25 with no extra details even added. Overall I liked the ladies and the place.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for almost two years, and Tracy is the best! She’s incredibly attentive and sweet, I don’t let anyone else touch my nails except her and she knows exactly what I want every time. Good prices, clean environment, and good gel color selection.

Everytime I have gone to this place, 3 individual times, I have had a problem. Everything from, nail polish chipping 2 days after, to the corner of my nail chipping off and another nail breaking in half. This last incident happened the day of a holiday event. I got my nails done early that morning and by the early afternoon my nails broke while doing my makeup… really? I called the same day and left a voicemail message, and didnt hear back from anyone. I called to follow up 3 days later and was told they dont check their voicemail messages? Wtf? Why have a voicemail? I told them my problem and was advised i could come in to get them fixed… i work, and have 3 kids. kind of hard to make that time. Such an inconvenience… I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone !!!

I was given a horrible infection that required a trip to urgent care and antibiotic treatment after Lisa did my pedicure.

I love love the people who work there that’s why they get three stars but
I had a constant issue with my gel polish peeling off :(very disappointing
No matter what color it’s always an issue therefore I have to find a new spot

The girls are friendly but the nail designs sucks!!! She said the lines are «raised» because it’s a gel manicure. Um no I’ve got tons of designs before this is just messy and crooked. Won’t be going back.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! If I go in and want a full set, don’t try and convince me that I just want a polish change!!! They were busy at the time, but really, why would you want to make less money?! I will NEVER go back.

Came in after a bad experience from another salon. I gave a 2 star because they did fix my nail design on my big toes and it was pretty decent. What I was not impressed with, was the manicure I received. Like someone mentioned already, they put my hand on a dirty old pillow with a dingy old towel on top. Definitely didn’t look very clean. The tech started cutting back my cuticles and after leaving, I noticed they were very sore. After inspection, I had been cut several times. Now the nail design. At first it seemed like it was ok. But after leaving and actually taking pictures and inspecting. No. Just no. The lines were uneven and there were different blues used. Didn’t look professional whatsoever when I got home. So after 2 bum deals with these salons. I am left with no polish for 4^th of July, and I am out 80 bucks. Very disappointed with what Beaumont has to offer.

I’ve been going for 2yrs. Kim does a good job on my nails and Vivian awsome job on pedicures. Would give it 5 stars but even with an appt still have to wait if appt not first one of day.

When I got here they asked me to wait 15 minutes for my eyebrow wax– 15 minutes later they asked me to come back tomorrow. Are you kidding me? They wasted my time when I could have easily gone down the street because they are a dime a dozen.

Yeah! Thumbs up definitely. My nails have never looked better. I’m totally going to be a returning customer.

Best nail place ever been going here for years maybe a little after they opened. Linda is the manicurist that does my nails all the time she is always so nice always with a smile in her face really friendly. I love going with her because she always have new designs for me and if I ask her to do something different she always does it. I had moved but whatever city I moved too I always drive to Beaumont to get my nails done. Kim is good doing my pedicure me and my hubby always get it with her.

This is my go-​to place in Beaumont.
There are a good selection of gel and regular polish. The services are average in price and quality.
Kelly is the best when it comes to my nails.
All of the technicians are very nice, although it can get pretty loud in there with the chatter.
I seem to wait longer when I make an appointment versus a walk-​in, so I usually just walk in early afternoon during the week.
Good place for a quick fix.

Love this place. duke & lady’s work hard and are great with toes & nails. I work everyday 8 – 6 and I just can never get into to get my toes or nails done so I just gave it a try to come in late anyway I was in at 6:15 ish pm and out at 8:30? I think and for a pedi and full set which I love. Thanks for staying late for me. And doing a beautiful nails on me

It’s been a year since the last time I went to dukes but this is the only place where I haven’t noticed any lifting with the acrylics. And the biggest perk is that they use clean tools. They make the extra effort to keep their salon clean. They even had white seashell acrylic this time which is what I wanted last year but they didn’t have. Since I rarely get my nails done, I’d rather go here than anywhere closer to riverside. Great job this time.
