Love this place! I have been here twice for a pedicure and both times have gotten Ana. She’s this very tiny, petite, cute little lady and she’s sooo gentle. I love her. I will be asking for her each time from here on out. I’m still fairly new to town and my neighbor recommended this place. So glad I found it!

Love getting my eyebrows done here. The ladies are always friendly. My nails are always a hit and miss. Most recently a miss. I asked for a couple corrections to a couple of nails and after 5 minutes of trying to explain and watching her redo it but doing absolutely nothing different, I gave up and accepted that I would have to go somewhere else to get them corrected. Overall their service is good.

Always quick, professional, and my nails come out great every time. They always take their time.

I came here for the first time a few weeks ago. I got a pedicure by this really petite older lady… I believe her name was Anna or Ada. She was great! Very gentle and gave the best foot massage. I am definitely going to be returning!

I came here for the first time today with my mom and sister. We are all very pleased with our pedicures! They really took their time and and didn’t rush through the pedicure. The massage was amazing! And our paint jobs all came out very clean. We will definitely be returning

They are really good and not bad on pricing. Had one of the best messages after my pedicure not the little 2 min rub the lotion in really quick. Like 5 – 10 mins per leg. And my gel mani looks awesome. Very impressed so far…

Visited this place for the first time. I got a gel polish pedicure and full set of pink n whites. They did an awesome job, they were careful and listened to my request. Customer service was great!
This will be my nail place from now on. Glad my Husband god this place for me in Beaumont.

Not the worst place but definitely need to improve in there customer service … and the lady they have working in the front needs to stop smoking ever 5 min and pay attention to the clients and not smell like cigarette …

I had been going to Red Persimmon for years but noticed that the employee turn-​over has gotten worse over the years. Every time I would go in for my ‘regular’ — that person had left and I was given the new person. The last time I went in the new guy painted gel over my purple powder. It looked terrible! I should have complained but decided that I would never go back again!

Used to be my favorite nail salon in town– but seems like they’ve really gone downhill. My sister, mom, niece & I came in together, we all left disappointed! Very rushed, TERRIBLE flower design, sloppy painting, one of us left bleeding, I told the lady that the callus removal was burning & she proceeded to do NOTHING about it. Safe to say we will never be back…

The women doing nails are rude, barely converse with their clients and talk about the customers in Vietnamese… if you like to be resented by the staff this is the place to go. The receptionist is the only nice person in the group.

Very disappointed! I have lived in the area for over 4 years and this was the first nail salon I went to and was dedicated to always coming here for my monthly waxing and whenever I needed my nails done. I have always had a good experience except for a few years ago when I had a full set done and a few broke off within a few days but it was a one time thing & I never let it bother me. I went in for a pedicure last Saturday and it is now the following Tuesday and a lot of my toe polish has chipped or peeled off! I should have ran the other way when I didn’t get into a chair until 30 mins after my scheduled appointment time. But I really needed a pedicure so I waited. The pedicure was very nice when she was done and she did a good job. Despite the fact that I asked for a flower and she said she was going to do a design instead. I could have said no but I let her as I am open minded but I ending up hating the design. She tried to do zebra stripes but from far away it just looks like black nails polish fell on my big toe. They shouldn’t do designs that they don’t know how to do. I tipped $ 5 for to the pedicure and left. I chose the cheapest pedicure and obviously disappointed the technician when I didn’t take her offer to upgrade to a more expensive pedicure but they still charged me for a design and to do french tip. So my inexpensive pedicure doubled in price. I couldn’t believe my eyes when not even 3 whole days later almost each toe was chipped. I hadn’t worked the rest of the weekend and worked Monday and Tuesday in my office job. Nothing happened to my toes. I ended up going to another salon down the street and they fit me in right away. She only charged me $ 12 to redo the whole polish job with a beautiful flower. She spent 30 mins on my feet and I didn’t even get a pedicure; double coating the color and the top coat and let ME pick out the design I wanted. She said she has never seen paint chip that bad, that quickly. I can’t believe I had to waste an extra 30 mins of my time and pay more to have a job redone that should have lasted weeks in the first place but I am glad to say that I have found a new salon that takes their time and doesn’t rush, making sure you have lots of coats and doesn’t use cheap nail polish.

I have been going here for five years and the service and quality of work make this place my go to salon. The only time I ever had a complaint about my manicure, they redid it for free, and while a different girl was doing my manicure, she was giving pointers to the manicurist that had done them poorly. I loved seeing that because it makes me confident that this employee won’t make the same mistakes again.
Amy Hong and Nikki are simply the best very kind and very good at what they do.

Jon is a great owner and Tom is amazing when it comes to nails! I have been coming here for 3 years and I always leave happy with my acrylics! Thank you Jon and Tom!

I arrived at the salon 25 minutes before the posted closing time and requested a manicure. The cashier told me they were closed. I asked about the 7 pm posted closing time on the door and received a very animated eye roll from same cashier. Thanks, I’ll find another place to get my nails done without the attitude.

We (3 of us) came in on Saturday, no appointment, just walked in. Very little wait, which I expected to be longer. We were able to sit together which was nice so we could chat.
The salon is nice. They have a couple tvs. The people were nice, very calming. They were unlike most salons where the nail techs chat amongst themselves in their native language making you wonder what they are saying. Not here, they engaged in conversation when I started it.
I wasn’t sure if I wanted to get my acrylics done but the guy at the front desk assured me that they did great pink and whites. I brought my daughter and daughter-​in-​law to get pedicures, but my daughter and I ended up getting our acrylics done.
My daughter-​in-​law and I got the sugar scrub pedi. It was amazing. It felt heavenly. Perfect amount of pressure. Only one thing I would change is I wouldn’t get my acrylics done at the same time. I had to focus on my hands while I was getting my pedicure. I wanted to save time, I won’t do that again. Next time I will do them separately.
The pink and whites came out perfectly. They are true pink and whites. I’ve had another salon slap on white tips not white acrylic. Not here. It was like watching art in front of my eyes.
When were all done we stepped outside and snapped a photo. My daughter realized her big toe was smeared. She went back in and they re-​polished it with no problems. Most salons tell you, it look good. Nope not here, they made it right without a fight.
It’s too bad I live so far away. Otherwise this would be my go to salon.

Ok, tried one more time. Pleasant staff, pleased with results. I did get gel polish this time.

Having my toes done by lily and they look and feel amazing! Wonderful massage and great smelling product! Can’t wait to come back… is it ok to come back every day?

HOLY INFECTION. For some reason my previous review was moved to the «Not Recommended» section. Anyways, I would not recommend this place. The nail tech dug at my big toes and ripped skin, causing me to bleed. I ended up getting an infection the next day in both outer grooves of my big toes. I was put on 10 days of antibiotics :/​Not how I pictured my pedi to be like. The doctor said the infection was from the digging and/​or the tools not being sanitized properly. Avoid this place. There is a picture of my toe in the photo folder. Picture was taken 2 days after starting antibiotics.

I’ve been going to this salon for quite a few years and reently realized their technicians are not licensed. I read that the pedicure bowls need to sit in disinfectant for 15 minutes… they don’t do that. So I’m nervous about returning. Any other suggestions in the banning/​beaumont area?
