The phở is always good. Not great, but consistently good. The salad rolls are generally good. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean, but I generally get it to go. Several times a month when im home. It’s close by and I’ve never had a bad meal from there. My daughter always likes hers as does my wife.

I love this place. Food is always good. They don’t really speak English but they always get everything right. Such a cute humble place. Everyone I’ve came here with always agrees that the food is bomb, and doesn’t take forever to get your food so great for when ur hungry.

Love this place. Been there several times. Everything is beautifully cooked, fresh, and top quality. The staff is quiet, and I find it works like restaurants in other parts of the world where you stay as long as you like and then ask for the check. Will be back many more times.

I’ve tried many Vietnamese restaurants and 6 years later, I can still say Phở Hoai is my favorite!

Great prices(7.95 for regular, +$ 1 for a large) mostly beef, limited on other meats. Seems like an authentic place. Good phở. Young woman sat us down handed us our menus and immediately asked if we knew what we wanted to order(maybe they get lots of regulars?). We told her we needed a minute and then we had to flag her down to order because we didn’t think she’d come back to take our order anytime soon. Also had to wait quite awhile to get our check and pay.

Not a positive experience here. Walked in for a weekday dinner, zero people in the dining room. Looked for a table, very few were clean(crumbs, etc). I sat myself and my guest and waited 5 mins real time before I got up and rang the bell on the counter. Only after ringing the bell did I see the first other person in the restaurant. Young girl handed us menus. Fast forward to the ordering process — we tried to order but the young girl(waitress) didn’t speak basic English. An older woman came out and translated. Soup prep/cooking time took 2−3x the length of other nearby Phở restaurants. When the food came, the soup was good. My order wasn’t perfect(language barrier) but I went with it. When we asked for the bill, we tried to explain to the young girl what we wanted. No English. Older woman had to translate and process our check. A really poor experience. Will not likely return here.

Great coms — light yet filling with generous amounts to tuck in. Try their C1 or C0 from the menu… they are the best amongst the coms. The phos are great too… really flavorful! The owner/staff are really sweet and welcome you like family. Also, in the appetizer section their salad rolls are nice and fresh and one portion of those can make a person’s dinner! Quite and homely… I love this place!

I was recommended to try this phở restaurant by a girl who works in a nail salon. Pretty decent phở! So far, the best phở restaurant I’ve tried in the area. Staff is friendly and service was quick. Not quite up to par with Vietnamese phở restaurants in California but it’s close. I’d come back again!

First time I ordered Chicken Phở. It was delicious. They gave me three different sauces to go with it and I through them all in the soup. Warm, spicy and soothing is how I would describe it. It was enough to feed two people. Also came recommended was their Avocado Smoothie. Never had it and frankly it sounded odd. But I’m one of those, I’ll-try-anything-once, for the most part. It took three tries(working past the unknown burst of flavours on my tongue) and then I was hooked. Soooo good! A very friendly and helpful, restaurant.

Oh wow, the phở is so good! Tender meat, broth with dimension, fresh bean sprouts, lime, jalapeño, and basil to dress. We also had the salad rolls– really fresh and rolled with skill. Nice homemade peanut sauce! The potstickers were so-so. A little skimpy on the filling, and a little over-fried. Unfortunately, the service was meh. The gal just disappeared. As we were the only ones in there for lunch, I’m guessing she was spending her time doing side-work.

Exactly what I’d expect from a hole-in-the-wall phở place… amazing soup, friendly service, and strip-mall/cafeteria ambiance. But I don’t get phở for the atmosphere — I get it for the flavor. And this place delivers on the flavor.

I love this place! It’s right down the road and its pretty good. Portions aren’t big and the service can be slow but the food is good and the staff is nice. Overall I recommend it. I’ve had fried rice, papaya salad, phở, and spring rolls both fried and fresh. Everything was great!

Absolutely the best Phở around! They put in a subtle spice blend that adds such a wonderful flavor to the broth. This is what I have when ever I am feeling sick and it always makes me feel better! Also, the salad rolls are twice the size of other restaurants and delicious! Not to mention the awesome and very friendly service! The sweet lady that owns this place goes out of her way to make sure everything is way better than just good for you. Try this place, you will be amazed at how good the Phở is!

I ordered a salad roll. It was pretty tasteless. The P7 was great. The beef broth tasted slightly different from what I’m used to, but it was what I was looking for to warmth. The guy at the counter was welcoming and pleasant.

It’s my first time coming here and although I frequently enjoy a good bowl of Phở. I went with a rice dish this time. I had the Chicken with Yellow curry. It was a simple yet exquisite dish. To drink I had Lee-Chee juice, it was delicious and sweet. The waitress was nice. It wasn’t too busy so I was seated right away. I will definitely be coming back.

I absolutely love this place I always get the super bowl but I’ve had other entrees as well and there all good. this is family owned resturaunt and that’s how it feels when your there friendly. I got my wife into it now and I must say I think I’m going again tonight On a side note I don’t understand how they can carry those super hot bowls to the table. I think they lose all feeling in there fingers and hands. Anyways great place for phở

Came here for dinner and it was busier than usual. All the tables by the windows were filled. When we arrived, we were quickly seated. I saw two gentlemen waiting for their food and it seemed like they have been there for a while. There were a couple of tables full of people that were either waiting for food or waiting to order. The sight did not quite bode well for me since past experience has taught me that this place is S-L-O-W, like hella slow. I can count on one hand the number of times that I have walked out of a restaurant after being seated. This is was one of those moments. Fifteen minutes into our arrival and the waiter did not come to our table or anyone else’s. I get it, this might be a busier night for you than usual, but come on now. Hiding in the kitchen is not going to make us disappear or make the food cook faster. We were here for 15 minutes. All we had were our menus and a glass of water. I have given this place many chances. The experience is always the same no matter how many people are in the restaurant. The service is slow. The language barrier is hit or miss. The food is delicious but it is not enough to keep me coming. When it comes down to it, the service sucked. Big time. If they can work on that, things can improve. Unfortunately, I won’t be here for a next time.
