I was very disappointed with the process to make a new client appt. They required all my insurance information and my ssn before they would tell me when the first available appt was. When I mentioned that I would need quick treatment(bonding was done 12 months ago) to a tooth that cracked, they gave me a very long litany of what they do in a first appt and how they could not guarantee me that they could do the bonding then. That I would have to come back, maybe up to a week later. I made the appt anyway and requested that the receptionist check with the manager to see if the treatment could be done at that time once the DDS and I spoke about it and together decided what to do. The office manager came on the phone and really was very unprofessional in how she spoke to me. She went on and on about how they wouldn’t guarantee it being done same day. That we would have to discuss the pricing etc etc. I told her I would see the dentist at the already scheduled time and discuss it with him. She told me that she cancelled the appt, I had just made with the receptionist, because she wasn’t sure I was serious about coming in! I said that I had committed to coming in and why would she cancel my appt before she even spoke with me. She was so rude that I told her that if that is how she speaks with patients, that it it better that I know that now and to find another dentist near by. Dr. Schultz should know that his front office manager just cost him a patient. Now they have all my insurance and personal information and that concerns me.

I have been seeing Dr. Schultz for over 10 years. I currently live about 35 miles away from this office but continue to go back time and time again. He is an extremely nice and caring dentist and always works with his patients for the best care. My insurance recently decided they were going to cover 0 dollars towards my new crown because of reasons I can’t explain. Doc Schultz worked with me to make this as cost effective as possible and the work he did was second to none. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family. Oh… and the front staff is also extremely nice and courteous. Especially Anita.

My experience was great from the beginning, I got lost on my way to my appointment and Anita was very sweet and gave me directions, she Basically stayed on the phone with me until I found my way. The office is beautiful and very clean, everyone is very friendly and knowledgable, they made me feel at home and cared for. Dr Schultz was amazing, he discussed all my options thoroughly even showed me photos he took inside my mouth. I definitely recommend him to everyone in need of a dentist.

Great Dentist! Very gentle and does not push sales. I do not feel pressured to do work. His staff was very kind. The office had everything I needed to make me feel comfortable. I really like zoning out on the TV above me with my headphones while the hygentist or dentist does the work.

I had my first visit at this office and was very happy with the experience. The staff was friendly and patient with me right from the beginning(regarding back and forth phone calls with insurance). The visit itself was quick and painless. The dental hygienist was thorough and knowledgeable. I will most likely be back for future visits. So, I purchased a groupon for this place because I do not have insurance as a contract worker. Anita took my phone call and set me up for my appointment. She was super professional and welcoming. Once I checked in I waited at least 15 – 20 mins after my appointment time to be seen. Niya was the dental hygienist assigned to me, and she was amazing. I had a few issues I wanted to discuss with the doctor after my cleaning. It took the doctor at least 20 mins to come see me after my teeth cleaning, and once I met him I was not impressed by his personality and lack of warmth. I needed additional x-rays for the issue I was raising and Niya took them in less than 2 mins, and then I had to wait for the doctor another 15 – 20 mins to come back and look over the additional x-rays. I asked if they could provide me with an estimate for the procedures, and they said I would be emailed. It’s been a week and 3 days and I still don’t have anything! I followed up with a phone call and based on what I was told it sounded like Dr. Schultz had completely forgotten about my estimate all together. I won’t be returning here as I didn’t seem to be a priority.

I bought a Groupon for an x-ray, exam and cleaning at this place for $ 50 and instantly kicked myself in the shins for buying it. I have been the victim of «mediocre Groupon service» with businesses always half-assing their service because I walked in with a coupon. I decided to be a good daughter, and pass this Groupon on to my mother. The entire appointment-setting process was very professional. Everyone that I spoke to was very kind and helpful, and they reminded me twice of the upcoming appointment. My mother is a very hard-to-please woman, however she would not stop raving about the amazing service this dentist office provided. She said she never felt like she was being rushed out of the office, instead everyone took their time to evaluate her. She talked about the cleaning she received in particular, and said that in 51 years of living, she has never gotten a more thorough cleaning. Well that speaks volumes. If this office took such good care of a Groupon-toting, hard-to-please woman than imagine what great care they take of their regulars. Will def. be recommending.
