Eastside Saw and Sales

On a friend’s recommendation, I brought in a new table saw blade in for a custom grind job. It was straightforward getting the order placed and Eastside Saw got the blade back to me in a timely manner. Better still, the work was done perfectly, always a worry when working with a new shop on an unusual request.

I have purchased several types of tools here including a Makita Drill set and a Dewalt 12″ mitre saw. Their staff is extremely helpful and this is precisely why I visit them. Have you ever tried to get «expert» advice at the box stores, only to be disappointed with their lack of knowledge? This company trains their staff, by sending them to trade shows to learn and subsequently teach customers about the benefits of the various brands of tools they sell. They also offer sharpening and although I have never personally required sharpening, I understand they are renowned for the meticulous quality they consistently produce.
A special note about a pretty woman by the name of Julie L; she is an owner and takes great care to brighten your day, her smile is infectious.
Pros: KNOWLEDGEABLE, friendly, quality conscious, stand by their products, put customers first.
Cons: Nothing I can identify.

This small store has the best service and most knowledgable staff. They do warranty service on all kinds of products (and sales, of course). It is worth saying again how great (super knowledgable, friendly, efficient).
