Do not rely on your online reservation. I arrived to pick up my truck and other items (furniture dollies and a handtruck) and was told that the U-​Haul online reservation cannot be relied upon. This location didn’t have the furniture dollies. After some complaining, they sent me to another location to get one dolly but I couldn’t get the other. For the stuff we were moving, this was a big deal. They didn’t offer any sort of accommodation or refund and really didn’t seem to care that they screwed up my move.
