I’ve been taking my PCs to Belmont Computer Systems for over ten years based on a friend’s recommendation. Jackie and Jason do a fantastic job. In eight visits over the years, I have only had an issue once, which was summarily taken care of by Jackie.
I can understand where language may be an issue however, language issues do not mean a lack on understanding by the technician. If Jackie or Jason or not there, give them a call to speak to them directly before you bring in the computer.
If you want a computer repaired for a fair price in a reasonable about of time, give Belmont Computer Systems a try.
They are very honest at times, as one of my computers is quite old. They told me that rather than repairing it, meaning remove viruses that I pickup from the internet, they suggested replacement might be an option.
I still have plenty of PCs in the family that can/​may need repair. When they do, I do not hesitate to bring them to Belmont Computer Systems.

Gee LJ, I hope you didn’t have any secret FBI files or such.
My experience was completely contrary to yours. I came in unannounced with a Dell laptop running at really, really Wimp speed. Jackie removed the demon and returned the unit running at Warp speed — for quite a reasonable fee. Oops, the demon virus returned. Jackie returned all to Warp speed for free. Now that is exceptional service in my book.
