Was not expecting feta cheese on my shredded chicken tacos. Potatoes and rice were delicious. Would not go back for the tacos though. Huge grease pool that made my stomach churn.

I had the smoked pork tacos with queso and chips. It was wonderful. I got the tacos in flour tortilla instead of the corn. I loved it. He chips had a great spice on them. I am happy that we have a good home grown taco place in Benbrook!

Total ripoff of Fuzzy’s tacos, but I could care less. It is way closer to me than any Fuzzy’s tacos. Pretty good food, highly recommend the chips and salsa. Awesome place to have a beer and watch the game.

This place is nasty! There was so much grease coming off the meat and cheese. I wanted to puke!

I frequent this place. I only know of two locations that are remotely close to where I live. I highly suggest getting the Baka tacos, I minus the pico and the lettuce and add cilantro. I always get at least one shrimp and one brisket, but the pork is phenomenal as well. I honestly am so impressed with the tacos that I have not ventured out to try anything else. Other then starting off with some quest, which is also pleasing to my taste buds. Also side note if you are a sweet tea fan theirs isn’t too bad. The staff is always friendly and on top of their business. 3 parrots has honestly topped fuzzy tacos for me and trust me when I say I love fuzzy tacos. I have yet to have a bad experience here. I think the only thing I would change is adding sliced avocado to the taco topping options, because I am a fan of that.

This place is a semi-knock off of the other area chain Fuzzys albeit a more limited menu. I have been several times and while ok, it is definitely not anything special. I struggle finding any fresh ingredients utilized here from the bagged shredded lettuce for the salads, to the powdered/canned queso, to the wholly guacamole tasting guac. I would not be surprised if their meat come already prepared and they just warm it up. The salads are ok and burritos are meh. One positive is the cheap draft schooners. However I would advise to save your money and go elsewhere as there are many great casual Tex Mex alternatives in Fort Worth.

The Fuzzy’s of Benbrook. 3 parrots disguised as Fuzzys. Tacos just like Fuzzys. Chips dusted like Fuzzys. Salsa and queso were just like Fuzzys. We ate here once before. I didn’t care for it. The husband called me from work and wanted something to eat. He said he wanted tacos but was tired of Rosas and Fuzzys to come here. I’m a good sport and went and got him whatever he wanted. I might as well should’ve went to Fuzzys. wait. I think I did :)

While there are better places in town for Mexican food, 3 Parrots is a a good stop for Tex Mex. It’s reminiscent of Fuzzy’s Tacos. The beverages are frosty and the prices won’t break your budget. The food is good, as I said you could find better but this a great hangout for a bigger get together. Give it a try.

Genuine Baja style cuisine. Everything I’ve had here is good– tacos, burritos, and margaritas are all fantastic. If you bring your drink cup back they’ll also discount the drink price. The green salsa has some serious kick, but is supremely delicious– you’ve been warned. Staff is always super friendly and accommodating. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Don’t bother… just go to the Fuzzy’s on Camp Bowie. Everything here is of lesser quality, including the service.

Imagine what Fuzzy’s would be like if the tacos were heavier/heartier and you have 3 Parrots Taco.(If you’re not familiar with Fuzzy’s, Google baja tacos and you’ll have an idea of what to expect.) While some people might like this and some people might not, I lean towards the middle. If I was a resident of Benbrook, then this place is great.(Driving out of Benbrook can be a bit of a chore.) Unfortunately I’m not so it’s only okay meaning I wouldn’t get out of my way to come visit, but if someone wanted to eat here I wouldn’t protest. Now I did encounter something pretty neat. The cashier hinted at a tip by stating could you fill this out for me and slightly lingered enough for you to understand what is being implied. I haven’t run across this before and thought it was creative. By asking someone to fill out the receipt you’re forcing them to consider the tip line. Props to that cashier. Unfortunately, while tip jars are okay, asking for tips no matter how subtle is a turn off and so I didn’t comply.

We love 3 Parrots!!! The food is great, the beer is COLD and cheap, and its convenient! Their customer service is excellent too! They tend to remember orders and preferences and are on top of taking care of their customers! We come in about 2 – 3 times a month. The burrito bowl with shredded chicken is the way to go! also, I see all these awful reviews about their refried beans, but i honestly love them, i order them every time i come in!

Shrimp tacos have very few shrimp in them and are expensive! You must pay for chips & salsa! Salsa doesn’t come with the breakfast tacos! Won’t go back!!!

Enchilada dinner was served in a timely manner and the food was delicious. The only complaint to bring this experience down was the dining room was way too loud. Kids running around out of control. Looked like a Kindergarden Cop movie.

I have been here several times and the only reason I came back is due to lack if places to sit down and eat in this town. The food is bad and overpriced. I had the chicken salad and it tasted like they dumped a pile of salt in my food. It was horrible and I couldn’t even eat it. I won’t come back again.

Good tacos. My favorite is the brisket, but the chicken tacos are good as well. The sides of beans could use some work as they taste like they’re straight from the can. The interior artwork is nice. They also play ‘80s and ‘90s music, routinely. Overall, I’m glad that Benbrook has a decent taco venue that serves ice cold beer and has a friendly/efficient staff.

Stopped in for a snack on the way back from Granbury. I went with three tacos; ground beef, a brisket, and a pork. All were OK. At $ 2.29 each, I thought they should have had a bit more meat. Also the meat was not very hot… In the fact the pork was a bit on the cool side, Also I wish they would double up on the tortillas(soft white corn), as all three of my tacos blew out the bottom. The hot sauce on the table was tasty, but also very much like Fuzzy’s(this reoccurring comparison is quite accurate). Thuy had a salad($ 6.99) with the same pork as my taco, and it too was on the cool side. Even on a salad I would have preferred it to be hot. The interior has a pretty funky design, but I don’t care how good the place looks, I want the food to be good. Beer is served and there are some outside tables too. All in all, not a bad option, but not quite at the top of the taco game either.
