Well these guys are now out of business so I’ll have to go to Eugene for my repair needs but when I called them a few years ago they were very helpful and convinced me my TV wasn’t worth repairing, saving me a trip & diagnostic fee. I just wish there was someplace else in Bend to repair my broken stereo system. Such a pity.

These guys are the BEST! They made a video to show at my dad’s memorial celebration from different clips I had and it was so well done. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service or a better result! My highest recommendation.

I have had several very positive experiences at the Electronics Shop. Today was no exception. I brought in a Blu ray DVD from the Middle East that we have been unable to play. An employee took it home to see if he could find a way to make a copy that would play in our Blu Ray player. He wasn’t successful and refused to charge for his time. He also told me what I needed to buy and how to purchase it so we would have the correct DVD player, saving me a ton of time. I highly recommend their services!
