Paid $ 124 to take my son to a Red Sox game. Face value of the tickets? $ 28 each. Yes, they are government sanctioned scalpers. Avoid these guys if at all possible, or attend a Minor League game. They are bargains and the players are usually happy that your kid asked them for an autograph.

Ace in turn is allowed to sell those tickets for whatever price they want. typically 2 – 6 times face value. it SHOULDN’T be legal but it is. You might find tickets for slightly over face, but youd be extremely lucky
sold out? well guess what, youre either forced to buy off the scumbag scalpers on the streets that bought thousands of tickets to sell at 5 times face value… or buy from Ace, who is doing the same exact thing but in the guise of a «business partnership» with the RedSox.
Either way fans are screwed since all extra tickets are in the hands of scalpers and ticket agencies like Ace. Get rid of all of them and i could ACTUALLY go online and buy tickets for face value directly from the RedSox…
do yourself a favor and NEVER buy from them. The more idiots pay a crapload of money for their tickets, the longer they stay and business and continue to do it to us. If nobody bought from them they wouldnt be around and you could get tickets for face value from the box office. Change takes effort. Just watch the game on tv. dont give in

Bought Eagles tickets on-​line for $ 295.00 each plus a $ 20 processing fee. When I picked up the tickets, the face value was $ 189.50. Really??? No wonder the original owner of Ace retired in his 40’s.

Got my boyfriend tickets to the Bruins home opener. I love how it takes three weeks to send something by FedEx only to have them leave a note for me to sign for it because they «missed me» I“m sorry I work til 5 like normal people do???
Tickets should be able to be DOWNLOADED like Ticketmaster and Ace charges an assload for everything. I think I’ll stick with Stubhub or Ticketmaster.

Unilocal really needs to get on board and update their grading system. They need zero stars and negative ones. And they can start this with Ace Tickets.
The fact that these robbers and criminals are «allowed» to charge the kind of prices I used to routinely see scalers at events get arrested for is an outrage. The attorney General should shut them down, strip them of their ticket inventory and throw their senior management team in jail.
Nowadays the only saving grace is the warm feeling I get seeing ALL those empty seats at Fenway (another fraudulent organization trying to dig themselves out of a hole THEY dug). It is wonderful to imagine how Ace must be hemmoraging money for the investment they made in cahouts with the Red Sox. Trying to sell already way overpriced tickets, at face value, at still higher prices.

I made a ticket purchase for hockey tickets to an Islanders game. Due to confusion arising from the Nassau Colosseum seating labeling, I didn’t buy the location I wanted. Aceticket worked with me to make it right. Good customer service, and an easy way to get tickets.

Yes obviously the tickets are overpriced. But if you want tickets to give as a gift or otherwise, Ace is the way to go. Otherwise, show up at Fenway on gameday and buy on-​site if you catch my drift…
I purchased my tickets over the phone with a very helpful representative — he helped me check out all of the Sox seats that were available in the bleachers and even applied the 5% online discount to my order when I asked. Ace delivered my tickets to the 109 Causeway street within two days. Done deal.

This company should be named «Ace Ripoff». My one and only experience with these slimeballs was when I wanted to by three tickets for my then three year old daughter’s favorite rock star, Laurie Berkner. The tickets were originally $ 32.50 at the box office. When I saw the price I assumed it was the total — $ 32.50×3, plus a reasonable markup. It was the price per ticket. They had jacked up the price 400%. Luckily Laurie added a second performance, so we were able to get tickets at face value. It’s bad enough when these jerks are ripping off adults trying to get Red Sox, Bruins, Celtics, or Patriots tickets, but ripping off children is about as low as you can get.
