History

Established in 2012.

Only associated to the previous incarnation of North Station Liquors through the name, this well lit, entirely new location opened in late January of 2012 in the long vacated space on Causeway Street that once housed Burger King. Looking across at the Bobby Orr statue and iconic TD Garden, we look forward to making lots of memories with locals, sports fans, commuters and tourists in the future!

This establishment violated the law that requires retailers to honor the posted price tag of any item, regardless if it was a mistake or not. Even after the staffer called management, it was still not honored and all involved seemed ignorant of the law.

I don’t why people are so pissed off at the stock boy here. If I am think of the same guy, he’s always been extremely helpful in helping me find the right type of whiskey. I’ve come in on numerous occasions and have had excellent service. The guy knows his whiskey. Maybe he’s being snobby at you because you’re asking him about girly-ass drink or some hipster craft beer.
The prices are a bit high, but that’s the location. All in all, this place is my go to neighborhood liquor store.

Just stopped in to see what the complaints were all about. The prices were a bit higher than other places in the city. But hey, it’s right across from North Station and the Garden. Pretty wide selection for a place this small. No sign of the surly stock boy, and the guy behind the counter with glasses on was very helpful. Give it another chance if you were turned off before.

Take an aggressively snarky and sarcastic stock boy and a low budget packy that caters to homeless people and you have North Station Liquors. The only reason I go to this place is because it’s close to my work. Every time I go in there I get an attitude from the stockboy. I don’t know if it’s because he’s made poor life decisions or has daddy issues, but there is no reason to take out his frustrations on me. My suggestion is that he go back to school and get that GED or patch things up with the father that abandoned him at birth. Nonetheless, the homeless guy that smelled like whiskey and feet and the sarcastic attitude from the stockboy today was the last straw. Thank christ for Drizly because I would rather watch a 24 hour marathon of «The Notebook» than give this shit hole my business again.

This is my new favorite liquor store. I used to go to the old location merely because I would walk by on my way home and it was there and it was always an interesting experience.
The new location and store is so much better than they old place there really is no comparasion. They have a great selection of beer and wine and the prices seem right in line with other places in the city. The guy who works there with the glasses gives great suggestions on good and different beers to try.
I love this store and NO I do not have a «problem».

Geat selection of craft beers. Heard about this from a friend, and stoppe by on a recent rtip trough Boston. Parking was a pain, but well worth it, for selection and service. Was looking for something unusual for a friend who is always looking for different brews, and we were not disappointed! The place seems to be very well stocked with beer, wine and liquors. They sure pack a lot into a small space. definitely worth checking out again!

They should have named it «Booze Closet» so it wouldn’t be so easy to walk by. I was walking to North Station Wednesday to take the train and decided to stop in to get a little pick-me-up for the ride. It is a very small store with:
1. Assorted liquids in cans that pretty much should all have been labeled Bud Light.
2. Leering, smelly old guy standing in the corner and watching. Just, watching.
3. 125%-150% higher prices than other stores.
4. A Smell.
5. Guy-at-counter-who-will-not-get-off-his-cell-phone-come-Apocalypse-or-customer (I now just expect this.)
Convenient for the one purpose I needed the place for, but jeez.
