Beer is good. Food is terrible. Ordered a fisherman’s catch sandwich. Mushy with no flavor at all. I could only bring myself to eat half. Fries were overcooked and dry. Honestly, I wish I’d gone to McDonald’s next door.

Tried to order a few beers and watch a soccer game. However the bartender rudely slapped down a menu and insisted that we would have to order food as well as drinks before she would change the channel on one of the several unwatched televisions. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere and the bartender at the Bonfire Restaurant nearby happily fulfilled our request without demanding we spend more money in return. I certainly know to avoid the Cisco Brew Pub in the future. Any restaurant that would rather turn away easy business than fulfill the simplest customer service request deserves no customers at all.

I was wandering Logan in search of craft beer, finding myself over an hour early for my flight. While I was all the way over at B14 I figured out that Cisco Brew Pub was all the way across the terminal, but the lure of craft beer was enough to make the walk worth it. During my walk, I passed Legal Sea Foods which was jam packed, and was thinking that I’d like somewhere a little quieter, which coincidentally Cisco turned out to be. I was excited enough to find craft beers at the airport that I tried two of their own brews: the Indie IPA and the Double IPA. The Indie was packed with hops as promised. The Double IPA was not as hoppy, but there was a subtle sweetness to it. I also tried the boneless buffalo wings. The serving was a bit on the small side, but otherwise met expectations. I was a bit surprised to see the place clearing out at 6:45pm, but the bartender informed me that everything in that corridor of the airport closes at that time. Interesting. What’s a guy to do to find another craft beer in the airport past that time of day on a Friday?

Huge portions for the price, and the bartender was amongst the friendliest at an airport restaurant. But the food was typical airport food. Fried, greasy, and bland. I would rather eat beforehand, as the price and quality don’t coincide.

As I travel to other cities with a good beer presence, I try to take in as much of the local craft as possible. So as I waited for my plane to start boarding at Logan, I definitely made a point to stop at Cisco Brew Pub. In addition to Cisco Brewery selections, they also have several other local beers on tap. I chose a Smuttynose Brown Ale and it was delightfully sipped and enjoyed. I imagine this place probably gets busy on more hectic flight days(I was there on a Tuesday afternoon), but when I was there plenty of seats were available at the bar and tables. Didn’t try the food, but it looks to be your normal pub fare. Nonetheless, I will certainly stop here for a pint again on my next way through.

Beer is good, clam chowder is not. Them eat was like cardboard, and wry chewy. The flavor was almost there… Too«soupy» though and not enough chowder.

We sat at the bar. And a gentleman was nice enough to move seats so we could sit together. We ordered two IPA’s and they came in a chilled glass. Just what we needed after traveling to Logan and dealing with check in and security stresses… I ordered a veggie burger and side Caesar and mom ordered angus burger with fries. We both were happy with taste. Service could be better but I never expect much at airport restaurants.

Great place to burn a couple of hours watching Sunday NFL. Prices are decent. Not the usual airport gouging that you see at other places. Service is better than average considering the packed bar area. I like to plop down in a booth and enjoy some football. Usually the Patriots are on the tube — Yay! I’ve eaten here probably half dozen times, and each has been pretty good. I would recommend the lobster over the fish sandwich though.

Mehhh. And then after that, mehhh. But hey, it’s an airport pub, you’re not gonna get grandmas cooking! Fish sammich is decent, not horrid, not the best in world, but decent.

The burger was OK, fries and beer were pretty good, the service by Dejanira was specially great!

Grabbed a Whale Tale and figured, if the food was as good as the beer, great. Wrong — for the veggie burger anyway. Woman next to me ordered food and a glass of wine — food never came. Too bad — good brand being diluted by the poor dining experience.

This location luckily has lots of seating, because it has some of the best beer selections in the airport and has a crowd! Their food menu is also pretty vast. The bartender was nice and mildly attentive. It’s also one of the best spots in the airport for people watching.

Food and service is mediocre but what can you really expect for an airport pub. Not well organized but then again people just come in and out.

For an airport stop, this place gets quite the bad rap. Level setting expectations is key in this case. First, you’re eating in an airport, where you are not even allowed to have real silverware. And, it’s a bar. So, really how much can you expect? That said, Cisco had some nice booths, with power outlets(bonus!). The food was okay — started with the buffalo tenders, which were not too soggy, and had the standard(albeit, bagged) chicken ceasar salad. Service was quick, though a bit frantic. And lots of TVs to pass the time.

They had a beer called whale tale… seeing as how the place was called Cisco Brew Pub, I thought they might have a Thong-th-th-th-thong Ale. I guess not. Try the Grey Lady which was their version of a blue moon. Good fries, but that’s all I really had. Basically a drink and snack before my plane ride.

Terrible customer service. Sat at the bar and waited ten minutes to order a beer while the server sat and charted with a coworker. Too bad since they appeared to have a decent beer selection. Attention whomever owns this place. Maybe you should let your employees know to keep an eye out for customers.

Wow, this place is bad! I guess I have to give it two stars, because the fish n chips were so indelible, it saved my waistline by not being able to eat more than two pieces. The«Belgian wheat ‘beah’(beer)» is like drinking a Miller; it doesn’t even resemble wheat beer in any way other than being yellow/straw colored. The«award-winning» clam«chowda», was watery, very few potatoes, very little clam flavor, very few clams. I couldn’t finish a single dish. It was just downright bad. This restaurant clearly exists to serve out of towners, like me.

What to do when you’re already through security at terminal B and aren’t interested in the mega caloric, soggy mess called a panini at the Admirals Club? Have never tried Cisco and walk by all the time. Ordered a quesadilla and a brew. Good beer, OK quesadilla but couldn’t finish it. It’s OK but a better option is to stop at the seafood place before security.

I needed something sweet prior to going back to LA. I got the ice cream sundae and it had way too much vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. Not enough chocolate sauce and nuts. I like chocolate nuts in my mouth. I should have just gotten myself an ice cream sundae from the McDonalds across the way.

Super expensive food and terrible service makes this a completely forgettable airport dining experience. Just a note, I did not order any alcohol, so no judgements on their selection or pour. Just food and service. Typical greasy bar food(wings, nachos, burgers, etc.) along with a selection of New England specialties(chowder, lobster roll). I opted for the black bean burger, $ 13.50! A black bean burger with a side of fries…$ 13.50 and it is served on an english muffin, not even a hamburger bun. The burger, excuse me, the breakfast sandwich was nothing memorable and the serving of fries was not humongous. They don’t even provide enough ketchup, just a small cup. When the waitress wasn’t hiding in the kitchen complaining about her work schedule she would occasionally pass by and every so often would see fit to refill my ice tea. With such terrible service and value, I would stronlgy consider leaving the secured area of the airport to eat at Legal Seafood outside next I have a layover at BOS.
