I don’t know about this store, but hopefully they’re better than the online store… don’t EVER buy from their online store. Thanks to them, my dad didn’t get his xmas present — their customer service is AWFUL for saying the least, AWFUL, and they still don’t know where the package is. They keep telling you they’ll give you an update within 24 hrs… it’s been over a week and they still don’t know where it is, but they can’t cancel my order b/​c it already shipped (?), even though they have no idea where the package is at this point… great.

This is where I come on a Saturday or Sunday to get a headache.
It’s useful to know that if the night before hasn’t been good enough to give you a headache there is always somewhere fun to visit that can guarantee it. The staff must be fitted with intravenous Advil drips to work here. Poor things.
