our complex is owned by this terrible company. they own colonial condominium in andover mass. this is the second year we. have had flooding and nobody will get back to us. all we have is a property manager that does nothing about these problems. they just raised our condo fee another 80.00 per month, for what? ?? something seriously needs to be done about this company. look at all the negative reviews.

The worse, I live in Charles Newtown Co-​Ops in Charlestown, more like a communist rule prison not a Co-​OP. The management is the worse we have had here in years. They are sneaky and underhanded can’t trust them at all. The place is a dump but looks great on the outside when HUD comes to inspect they only take them to the perfect apartments so they can hide all that really is wrong here. Do yourself a favor never rent from them and never do business with them.
