Fey & Grey Orthodontics

I’ve been going to Fey and Grey for 15 years. They got me through my braces, have helped me maintain my teeth since, and have squeezed me in for emergencies.
Since getting my braces off, I’ve had a permanent bottom retainer. Every now and then it pops off. I was back in town visiting my parents and my wire had just come off. They squeezed me in the next day, addressed some concerns another orthodontist had mentioned, and sent me on my way in 20 minutes. No additional charges.
Why I trust them: another orthodontist made a tooth (just one… not like a whole cage of teeth) seem like a life or death situation. I asked the orthodontist assistant about it, she offered up a $ 200 solution versus the $ 6500 solution the other orthodontist had mentioned. Dr. Fey even said, «Let’s just keep an eye on it. I don’t see anything really wrong here.» I really appreciated their take on my situation, and I really felt their goal was to keep me happy with my teeth, not achieve an aesthetic or income for themselves.
Overall, just love them.
The good: beautiful office, highly skilled people working on you, easy to make appointments, checkin is a snap.
The bad: really, nothing.

I have been coming here for years! Almost every family member has had braces from Fey & Grey. I would refer them to anyone who needs braces. The ambiance is great. The people are wonderful and the hours and parking are all convenient. They make braces fun with perks!

We should have paid the extra and gone here. We went to Willamette Dental to save money and it’s miserable. Our intake work here was effortless and seaml;essly professional. We goofed up going elsewhere trying to conserve cash. We ended up with poor value, remedial care, and at an inconvenient place that’s a bit of a cattle-​call.

When searching for othodontists i visited many different offices, but always felt pressured to begin somewhere without being fully informed about my treatment plan. When i arrived at Fey & Grey it was a totally different experience. The environment was welcoming the people were all friendly and Dr’s Fey and Grey were very informative and straightforward with the treatment plan. They have great payment options available, and are able to set up direct pay with a bank/​credit card, which made making the payments super easy. I have now had my braces for almost 2 years and everytime i have gone in everybody has been extremely friendly and welcoming. I have a 3 year-​old who usually goes with me to my appointments, and eveyone is friendly and offers things to keep him busy while i am being worked on, so much so that he looks forward to my appointments :) Appointments are easy to fit into my schedule, and whenever i need to change the time or schedule a quick appointment to fix something they are very helpful. The Dr’s work closely with my dentist, and seem to truely care about my overall results. My experience couldnt be any better!

Wonderful in every way. Friendly, expert docs. Great staff, always friendly and accomodating. Lovely offices with a view from most chairs.
Both my daughter and I received orthodontic treatment from Fey and Grey, and couldn’t be happier.

I’m 37 and I just got braces!!! Dr.‘s Fey and Grey are wonderful at what they do and their staff make it the best place to get braces. Their office is big and spacious with a TV and current magazines to read. I have never had to wait for an appointment they are usually early. I highly recommend Fey and Grey !
