History

Established in 2007.

After 20 years of industry experience Charles created Mulberg & Associates PLLC with the single purpose of helping small to mid-​size companies succeed in building their business through providing the tools necessary to make better management decisions. Our experience comes from a wide range of industries including Aviation, Technology, Retail, Services, and others. We draw upon our experiences gained working with small to large size companies and use that knowledge to design the right strategy for each of our clients.

Meet the Business Owner

Chuck M.

Business Owner

Chuck has over 20 years of industry experience and is Certified Public Accountant as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Chuck holds a Master of Business Administration.

Prior to starting Mulberg and Associates PLLC in 2007, Chuck held the lead financial position at Verdiem Corporation, where he was responsible for all financial and corporate administration functions including financial planning, accounting, order fulfillment, MIS, and human resources. He also coordinated outside legal counsel, CPAs, and other consultants as needed.

Chuck also held key financial and accounting positions at CMI Worldwide, Lumin Technologies and Scope International. Chuck also served as a naval officer and held the rank of Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy.
