Business Owner

Simon brings over 25 years of client service and management experience to the All County team, including a successful career as an engineer and management consultant in the water utility industry, and diverse experiences in the real estate industry as an investor, property manager, homeowner, and tenant. Simon has worked throughout the USA with a common theme of delivering a high standard of product quality, excellent client service, and financial value for public and private sector clients. Simon received his B.A. degree in Environmental Science from Wesleyan University in Connecticut, and a M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. Simon lives in Boulder with his wife Johanna and their three children.

All County methodically extracted application fees from myself and three roommates. The same day we got our final application in ($ 160 total), they told us the property had been taken by someone else. All along, they gave us the strong impression that we’d get it if we all applied. A dishonest business that I’d never recommend.

I thought it would be easier to have a property management company manage my rental. I was very disappointed from beginning to end. Not a good option unless you want to manage the tasks you are paying someone else to manage. Get everything in writing and keep it for proof.

If you have an option, do not use this Property management company. The service is extremely bad. They never responded to maintenance requests, they charge you for things that you were never responsible for. The company makes sure that they keep half the security deposit you pay. Absolute thieves…
I have been living in rental properties for the last 14 years, and to be honest
I never had such a bad experience as with this company !

We rented a Boulder property through All County Boulder Property Management before we bought our home. I have had some really BAD experiences with other companies in Boulder. One company I almost had to sue to get my security deposit back because they claimed I did damage but had not. All County Boulder gave us back our deposit back in a timely manner. They were also really easy to get a hold of and I we could submit payment and repairs online through their website. I recommend them over any other property management company in Boulder!

We tried renting a house that they managed and had a horrible experience. We had to chase the gentleman who worked there down via email and phone to figure out whether we were able to rent the property. When we didn’t get the property, they said they would refund the $ 80 used for the application fee back and we still have not received it. We aren’t mad that we didn’t get the property but we are upset that we had to chase down the employee to get an answer and that we haven’t received our refund.
