If I could rate Smiley & Associates at 0 stars, I would. Absolute worst property management company I have ever rented from (and I have been a Colorado renter for 6 years).
I have never had such an issue with a place that I have had to write a negative review.
I highly recommend to steer clear of Chrissy Smiley.

Right from the start, I was impressed with Chrissy’s service. I’ve never had a property manager or landlord sit down with me to go over every detail of the lease so we both understood expectations. Also, for the few things that needed fixing over the year and half we were there, repairs were always made in a timely way with the same maintenance worker so you didn’t feel like a stranger was in your house.
When we were buying a new house, Chrissy made the process of exiting our lease a little early so simple. She worked with us to get new tenants in quickly so we weren’t stuck paying a mortgage and rent. I was so impressed with Chrissy’s work from beginning to end and would gladly work with her again.
