Want to know the reason this place has absolutely no good reviews? Isn’t it obvious? How hard can working in the office of a self storage business be? The only reason this place stays in business is because it’s the only storage unit in Boulder.
The staff is rude and obviously have no interest in actually doing their job. They acted like it was a huge inconvenience when I told them I forgot my pass code to access my unit. And they even locked my unit because they had me written down for a different unit number. Apparently they can’t even fill out paperwork properly. It ended up being a pretty large inconvenience for us too since the office was closed and I needed some of the things in there that night. Needless to say, I’m not going back to these people. I’m taking my business to elite storage from now on. I got my first month free (when I only needed it for a month). The staff at elite was warm and welcoming and definitely somewhere I didn’t mind going back to.
Goodbye Boulder Bins. You go ahead and respond to this and act like you «care,» but we all know there is a lot of truth in what everyone else has said. No wonder you have a 1 star rating.
